The son of a top-ranking member
of the Sinaloa Cartel was arrested Wednesday in Nogales.
The arrest of Serafin Zambada,
son of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, was confirmed by Department of Justice
spokesman Cosme Lopez on Friday morning. Serafin Zambada is in the custody of
the U.S. Marshals. He is scheduled to appear in court in Tucson on Monday,
Lopez said. Zambada and his wife, Yameli Torres, (daughter of Manuel Torres aka M1) were attempting to cross in the Nogales pedestrian crossing when they were stopped.
(The Nogales International News website reports he has already appeared yesterday afternoon in US District Court in Tucson and is scheduled to appear again on Monday. at 10:30AM).

It is expected he will be transferred to San Diego after his Monday appearance.
“Sera” is a US citizen born in San Diego and is 23 years
old.
His attorney, Saji Vettiyil says his client is looking
forward to fighting the charges.
His indictment was filed in San Diego and was filed under
seal on September 27th of this year.
All that is known is he is charged with brining in at least 500 grams of
methamphetamine and 5 kilograms of cocaine to the U.S.
“El Mayo” Zambada reportedly
controls the Sinaloa Cartel along with Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman,
Mexico’s most wanted man.
Citing official sources, the
Mexican news weekly Rio Doce reported on its website Thursday that Serafin
Zambada was detained at the Dennis DeConcini Port of Entry shortly after 5 p.m.
on a warrant to face federal drug-trafficking charges in California. Rio Doce
reported that he was traveling with his wife Yameli Torres at the time of his
detention, but that she was not arrested. -RioDoce and Nogales International News-

The man and his wife and kids have traveled to and from the USA and Mexico freely even bumping into Hollywood celebrities and playing in Las Vegas and going to Disneyland and many other things. He has even traveled to Europe and Asia and the Middle East. The guy has guards and bullet proof clothing and bullet proof cars and bullet proof vests and tactical gear and personal Jets and a very loyal following from his dads and el chapo's cartel and admires of it. He also has more then just a tiger the guy has many different types of exotic animals he keeps in a personal zoo at one of his many homes and safe houses and also stash houses. So he could go on doing his drug dealing unaware of the fed investigation going on around him. It has happened before to family members of drug lords. My sources say he will live a short lived time in jail in S.D. jail and never even see the inside of a prison in California. El Chapo's kids are the ones being groomed to take over the cartel and so was one of El Mayo's sons but he is in Chicago facing charges so another brother has stepped in to be groomed for it but its not this one. Knowing how they seal all these cases I'll need a little skill and luck to get in. Zamabadas are not known to be flashy in sinaloa and are actually ridiculed by people that say they are nacos and rancheros because they dont dress in designer fashion etc. Look at mayito gordos @mgordoo on instagram and his sisters @modezam and @polyzam (modesta and theresa zambada) compare his pictures to the flamboyant chino antrax @jamesbond5_7 its pretty known that serafin and el gordo are not the brightest and have not been given as much responsibility and power s mayito flaco who has taken then place of el vicentillo (or I should say position because there will only be one vicentillo). So why bother with the arrest? The feds don't waste the time if they don't have a case. He will be no-bonded at the detention hearing as a flight risk, and the song bird will begin to sing.

@Chivis if I emailed you codes used on this blog site and other sites who report on this and gave you all that you ask for......what would you use it for? A story? Security of the site? Censoring? Because there is letter codes sign hand codes and internet codes and radio and cell phone codes. I know codes change from cartel to cartel and region to region and gang to gang and prison to prison and jail to jail. But they all have some codes in common. If you were to get your hands on these documents what would you do with them what purpose would they be for you? I know security officials and military know tons of the codes but since its a ever evolving system they try to stay one step ahead. This goes for both sides of the border. Many want to know and if you did want to write a story.....would you only do it on something that is told you could write about? If you could answer these questions in the comment section then you will get a email. I will tell you though codes are like onions you peel back one and then their are many more layers inside. Some of the photos you published are very real though and were taken by a member and then passed to another to be published. The way into real accounts is not men posing as the person depicted in the photos but the hint to get in is through their wives. La Torres right now is flipping out that her Husband is behind bars she possibly deleted the messages by now but if she did not you can see it go down as it did in real time from her own mouth. The wives and sisters of high ups or well connected family members is all through the girls. Most don't use their real names but give hints its them by what they say and do over a amount of time on their accounts. They message each other about daily life and about problems and even sometimes to their security teams. The accounts and names and so on in social media is a onion in itself. They are also known to use fake accounts and post replies to bunk accounts to throw people looking in off. Some accounts can only be accessed if one is added but others are just open books. Serious things of course are not posted on social media though but it seems as though some of the wives cant help but talk about it. Guzman himself though is no where on social media only one of the photos is him on a horse the other is a double of him and one is el mayo with his hat down the tan hat guy. Everyone here enjoys what you do and the rest of the team even when you post stuff that we don't like we still know its just your job to report on it and not to create news just observe what's going on and tell it how you think it is from the outside looking in.

DeleteI think you know its a fucked up world and everyone just wants their piece of it. Sometimes people want more then the piece they are given and others want the entire cake. It does not matter what side they are on good or bad they all want a piece and so far I have seen that anyone can be bought and if not they can be intimidated or eliminated. What I personally like is the stories about the DOCTOR who is defending his home state against a gang who is so warped and fucked up that their members think kidnapping and killing innocent people is actually winning their war against the DOCTOR when its not its just giving the self defense groups more ammo to attack the gang and to show how evil they are. I also enjoy the stories about Sinaloa and I think more stories about all the men who came from Sinaloa to dominate the entire northern and southern states should be told about in more detail. ReplyDeleteI also believe that the one person you have censored is upset because of the fact that people here are making wild unfounded claims that he or anyone in the cartel has ever spilled their beans when this is not the case. If any of them did they would have been swiftly killed. He has communicated what is being communicated on the ground and that is a truce. Many men and women have both faced their deaths and have said while awaiting to be killed that they believed that the BLO the group they belonged to created this tale to start a war because they wanted to get a bigger piece of the cake and were angry that their family members were not being married into the cartels leadership like others have been allowed to be. Now that Alfredo is out he will come back and bring peace to much blood has been lost between the two families. Too many important people and family members have been lost. To stay on top they must come together. Also Chapo and Al and Mayo have been waiting for this day the reason Alfredo has stayed alive to see this day was so he could bring peace. A price will be paid in cash for the blood spilled favors will be done on both sides. Then they will come together. Everyone in the North hope these things will happen and that a truce will stay because too many have had to turn on each other and alliances have been questioned and former alliance have been crushed. Alfredo knows he must go back to the men he came from and to the state he loves. I know he has gotten personal reports on how much infighting has happened and how alliances have broken and killed each other and that some happen from literally one town to another on who is with who. This cuts down money flow and growth and so he knows he has to go back. Also his former allies with other cartels have been put down to either on the defensive because of massive losses of land and people or because of too many hits and that money is a problem and that there is not enough for those former cartel allies to handle. Chapo has come out victorious in so many battles against his enemies that Alfredo knows he does not want to go out with a whimper like other cartels have and instead rise up again with his friends who were born all in the same place as him. More will come out in the future with the new year some fights will continue and alliances will come into question and ranks will break off and others come in. But this truce is what everyone wants its what's best for the cartels and citizens and growers.

Also the fact they wanted more of the piece of cake then they were getting to begin with they wanted the entire thing or at the very least equal to Al and Chapo and Mayo. This was not granted to them and their place in the cartel was told to them that they were not equals they were not family and that they did not deserve such a big piece and instead should be happy with what they were being supplied with. The thing is these men helped Chapo escape and helped with important allies in the government and military for the cartel. They were important informational sources to Chapo and his cartel when they broke away alliances were fought over people were killed communication between them cut off. The BLO see's themselves more as freelancers and Chapo saw them as loyal to him and him only. I could go on and on about it. You seem to have focused on one reason that I cited even though it was a very important part and dismissed it. Only someone extremely ignorant would have said what you did. Also I know you cant even understand what I said too the many others who are watching and commenting on this site with others who are all sharing information of what they know.

ReplyDeleteThere is one thing I would like to say about about cartels. Out of all the cartels in Mexico, I would rather support the Siniloa cartel. They are the lesser of the evil. In the past, they were not beheading people and selfishly executing innocent people. The family that started that were from Tijuana and then expanded to Zetas and others. The people of Siniloa protected their own. They have somewhat of a familial structure that has kept them going for decades. The goons up north like the Tijuana and Zetas are like ghetto street addicts who took it to the next level and created the mess in Mexico. On the other note, Mexicans should quit complaining that the US addiction to drugs and guns are fueling the crimes in Mexico. If Mexicans were not greedy, then there wouldn't be these issues. What all of these cartels should take into consideration is that greed is mother of all fuck-ups. Enjoy what you have and move elsewhere and build your life with newfound wealth.
ReplyDeleteThe funny thing about this is that I live here in Tucson AZ, where he is being held. I work about 3 blocks away from the court house where they took him and i didn't see any kind of extra security or movements to secure the court house. As a matter of fact it has even made the news here in Tucson that they have MZ kid in custody. I have watched channel 13, channel 9 and channel 4 news, all local and late breaking and nothing has been reported any where.
