Cristian Was Kidnapped In Chilapa, Guerrero; He Was Found With a Bullet in the Head Next To another Minor

Cuartoscuro Archive
Last Saturday, Cristian left his house after midday to do homework with some of his classmates.  He told his parents that from there, he would go to see his girlfriend and that he would be back late, but he didn’t return.  Cristian was kidnapped by armed men and someone told his parents that they saw him when they took him in a taxi with tinted windows, after that, they didn’t know about his whereabouts until the following Monday when he was found in the neighborhood Panorámica, located east of Chilpancingo.  Next to him was the body of Luis, a 16-year-old boy from Xocomulco, located in the municipality of Chilapa.  Luis also had a bullet to his head.

March 11, 2017— During the funeral of Cristian Peralta Rendón, there wasn’t just crying, there was also anger, despair, rage and calls for justice to the government on the part of their relatives and friends.

They boy was 14 years old and was studying his second year of secondary school in Chilapa, where gunmen kidnapped him on Saturday, March 4 and on Monday, March 6, he was found seriously wounded in a neighborhood east of Chilpancingo next to the corpse of another boy.

Cristian only had on a pair of boxers and had a bullet in the head.  He was transferred alive to the hospital Raymundo Abarca Alarcón where he died Wednesday morning.

After midday on Thursday, Cristian’s body was transferred from his home on Calle 8 Sur de Chilapa to the cemetery where his relatives, friends, and neighbors buried him.

“What I can tell you about him is that he was a good boy, he went to school and was on his second year of secondary school, he was friendly with his friends, he lived a normal life, nothing is known that he had been involved in things or that he had been a problem child or a rebellious one.  No, none of that,” said Cristian’s uncle, José Díaz Navarro, who was also a teacher in elementary school and is president of the group Siempre Vivos de Chilapa.

Díaz Navarro said that during the funeral last Thursday, there was crying, anger, despair, and rage, but also calls for justice to the government from their relatives and friends.

Díaz Navarro said that because of the war between Los Rojos and Los Ardillos in the municipalities of Tixtla and Chilapa, Los Ardillos have established a new route to transfer their victims that they kidnap in Chilapa and that they kill them and dump them in Chilpancingo.

“Today, we know that the route that they take because of the strong dispute with Los Rojos is from Chilapa to Atzacoaloya, San Ángel and Xiloxuchican.  Then, they drive to Juxtlahuaca and Colotlipa, municipality of Quechultenango, they pass through the municipal capital and continue towards Mochitlán, to then arrive at Mochitlánque, which they have as a bastion, and from there, to Chilpancingo.”

Navarro says that all of this route is controlled by Los Ardillos, even though in some towns in the municipality of Chilapa, criminals appear as police officers or rural police in the case of Petaquillas, “but it is their rout that allows them to transfer their victims that they capture in Chilapa and they take them to Chilpancingo, that’s why they removed the (agents) from the Mixed Operations Bases in Petaquillas, because they obstructed them to transfer their drugs, their bodies, their weapons, that is why many bodies from people of Chilapa appear in Chilpancingo.”

The president of the group Siempre Vivos said that the activities of this criminal group are in collusion with the government, “because they allow them to do anything.”

Navarro did not rule out that this route was used to take his son after they had kidnapped him in Chilapa.

    1. They just found a garbage truck in I believe veracruz with the bodies of 22 children. They were killed and boys and girls under the age of 18. They all had their organs removed. Here in Chihuahua kids come up missing all the time. Every single had children disappear here. I am talking over the whole state in places like Chihuahua (Chih.), delicious, Camargo and just about all over the whole state. This is just in the State of Chihuahua if you can imagine. We have to watch our young boy all the time and worry about him when he exits the school here in Chihuahua City. If this is just in Chihuahua State can you imagine how this is happening all over Mexico. It is epidemic and the single incidents are forgotten and written off, but if you take the total amount everyday that end up missing it is staggering country wide. You are not seeing reports in Mexico, or in national news in the USA about this. But here in Mexico for children this is the real "killing fields". They disappear and are not accounted for. The criminals will do anything to make a dollar and nothing is off limits. The government does not want to report or say anything. The horror goes on and on. When will it stop. When will the government stop this and go after these criminals. When will they let the people have better arms to fight these bastards. Most of the time they know who they are and where these criminals live. The loss of a 14 year old student to people here in Mexico is just a normal incident. I am surprised it made headlines. If you think I am exaggerating, then you need to live here and be aware of what goes on and you will know this is for real. Not just forget and say this is part of living in Mexico.

  2. This is the best report I've seen so far on the logistics of how Mexican criminal groups are able to kidnap people, then transport them alive (or dead) to the location where their bodies are eventually dropped. The idea that Los Ardillos can lift people, drive them around for 3 hours, and finally drop their bodies off over 100 miles away from where they were originally taken is mind-blowing. I'd love to see some reporting on how the Zetas were able to manage the logistical side of lifting hundreds of people, killing them, and disposing of their bodies, as in Allende.

    1. @1:20 Mexico and the US for that matter could save a lot of money incurred from having trials where evidence is presented, both for and against those accused of a crime, and after consideration of all the evidence someone (judge or jury) either finds them innocent or guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. You could save everyone a lot of money and time because you are able to just look at a photo of a body and declare "no doubt that he and his friend were drug runners".

      Delete
    2. Terrible conception to think they were drug runners. No proof . Good kids from what family stated. Anything is possible.

    3. Totally dispute this anology of yours of judiciary system. The rights of individuals to a fair trail in a legal system is the foundation of civilized world. Where burden of proof has to be clearly evident.
Many individuals have been unjustly incarcerated from bias prejudicial corrupt governments and law enforcement.
A civilized society consists of laws where legal system is just to all .

    4. 1:20 You are clueless. They kidnap kids at times when they are leaving schools. Then demand ransom, and even after being paid most of the time they kill them.

    6. No matter what the so called evidence. We cannot turn into savagery with implications of such by killing everyone. Suppose a family member were being falsely accused for a crime? Would you not want a fair and impartial trail?
Evil exists in this world that is evident. And removing of such will be beneficial to the world.
But a legal system is in place for reason.

    7. This is crazy . Kidnappers have motives . This was done for a reason . Killings happen for 3 reasons sex , money and revenge . Often times a combination . Innocent kids or not the killers had something on their agenda . I hear of everything on here from organ harvesting to drug running . Has anybody ask if they were sexually assaulted ?
Then often times it seems the whole community is involved in drug production and things were fine until the gangs come along trying to take control.
For all the information that's always given in these articles they never really tells you a lot of things .

    9. 7:16 Whoa . 1:20 sure stepped out of line with his politically incorrect statement . I guess he needs to consider this is Mexico . Its common place for innocent kids to be kidnapped , interrogated while being videoed executed and then the video put on the internet for the world to see . If I was to judge anybody in a court of law I would certainly hope there were competent prosecutors and defense lawyers presenting the best case possible and me be open minded and have no opinion until the evidence was permitted . That being said as I'm sitting here in front of my computer and my opinion has no effect on anything other than another reads emotions , I have to say these guys were targeting these boys for a reason .

      Delete
    10. You are right the kids like many are targeted for unknown reasons. Furthermore Mexico has its judiciary system differently from the United States. Where in my opinion I would rather take a chance in America for a fair trial.

      Delete
    11. I @ 9:58 was using a little sarcasm . I doubt many are targeted without motive . Just trying to get my point across . My opinion means nothing , just like most others on here but it is a terrible thing these boys life went this way . There needs to be indoctrination of morals and ethics in all societies . These boys were killed by hardened criminals for whatever reason . To ever get a hold on things to where a civil society can exist , these rabid dogs have to be exterminated . Ultimately it will turn that way of not, and not has a very gloomy future .

  9. Two videos are making the rounds on cartel social media; the first shows Gustavo Valencia Trevino (el muletas of CDN) being forced to clean a cell block in Apodaca prison with his sicarios, all of them either dressed in lingerie or nude. The second shows Muletas being forced to fellate a contra while a group of Veija Escuela/CDG sicarios laugh and taunt him. Can't say I feel bad for the guy as he was a regional commander in charge of kidnappings.
