Michoacan, speaks and taunts his victim who is alive after having his face
completely flayed. Mocking the victim
when he nods after Payaso asks him if he wants water.
The victim was abducted from his place of residence in
Cotija, taken to be brutally tortured, and I assume killed.

I think it's a shame that FB/Twitter/IG are so hell bent on censoring reporters around the world. The type of content doesn't matter IMO as long as the filter is applied, if someone chooses to uncover a picture or a video they do so willingly, forfeiting their right to report/flag a post. Twitter should follow suit & allow reporters to use their platform freely, the only missing feature is the filter for strong content.

DeleteHow does the blame get put on the user? I am not defending the use of drugs or implying that its ok, but the finger should not be pointed at the person using the drugs. What was shown in the video is members of one cartel doing something drastic and horrible to a member of another cartel. Disgusting acts like this are no longer about drugs or drug sales or even money. This would be done even if you took all the users out of the equation. The user didn't ask, force, demand or cause this person to be killed. The criminals that make up CJNG did it and that is the direction the finger should be pointed. If this was a video of a car salesman getting killed by workers of another car dealership...would you blame the people driving cars???? Mexico is full of cartels which are full of criminals and they have all morphed into terrorist organizations.

Of course the average drug user does not intend to have one of the narcos being beheaded or flayed, but still there is a logical connection between the demand (and the using) of narcotics and the incidents in Mexico. You fool yourself if you claim that those guys are terrorists or merely fighting about money. Of course they do but it is a turfwar around the drug corridors and without the huge demand in the US and Europe this would not happen, at least not to this extent.
