Vicente Zambada-Niebla "El Vicentillo" and Companies Removed from US Sanctions List

"Socalj" for Borderland Beat

US authorities have removed Vicentillo from the list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN), where he was identified as a ringleader or collaborator of drug trafficking under the so-called Kingpin Law before cooperating and testifying against El Chapo and others.

Vicente Zambada Niebla, El Vicentillo, as well as companies linked to his father, Ismael Zambada García, El Mayo, were removed from the black list of the United States Department of the Treasury after the member of the Sinaloa Cartel cooperated against the organization criminal.

According to the official report, Vicentillo was removed from the registry along with the names, nicknames, and participations that associated him to the benefit of Mayo Zambada, although the decisions also excluded Multiservicios Jeviz and/or Jeviz SA de CV de Arte y Culiacan design.

The registry of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) modified this April 21 its sanctions against Jesús Vicente Zambada Niebla , Vicente Zambada Niebla, and/or Vicente Sotelo Guzmán, as well as Mayito. All these identifications only correspond to the son of Mayo Zambada. It took almost 15 years for Mayo Zambada's son to be annulled from the records of the Treasury Department, since in May 2007, the businesses identified by the United States were classified as sources of illegal income that feed drug trafficking, its violence, and corruption.

When Vicente Zambada Niebla was blacklisted in the United States, his mother, Rosario Niebla Cardoza, was also added, in addition to his sisters María Teresa, Midiam Patricia, Mónica del Rosario and Modesta. The first two were mentioned again by the Treasury Department in 2010.

At that time, six companies and twelve people were named in Mexico who acted as a front for Mayo Zambada to launder assets from the sale of drugs in the Sinaloa Cartel. From that location, only the eldest son of the capo has been removed, his possible interventions in those companies, as well as one of the businesses with his two identities.

Since 2007 reference was made to Nueva Industria de Ganaderos de Culiacán SA de CV; Stable Puerto Rico SA de CV; Jamaro Constructores SA de CV; and Childcare Child Happy SC; but now Multiservices Jeviz and/or Jeviz SA de CV will no longer be there.

Each year, OFAC removes hundreds of people and companies from its list, in addition to those it includes. Revocations are based on a request from those affected to determine whether to stay in or out of the relationship. Requests are sent in writing and each case carries a relative response time, due to the fact that the review is thorough. Those who are included in the list are flagged to avoid doing business with them in the United States.

This rule, approved by the US Congress in 1999, gives the US government authority to apply sanctions to major foreign drug traffickers, as well as their organizations with operations around the world. However, the elimination of Vicentillo responds to the benefits of his plea agreement for drug trafficking actions, in addition to testifying in relevant cases such as that of Joaquín Guzmán Loera, El Chapo, something he will continue to do if required.

We saw a video of a Subway employee in New York, he was in uniform, heavy weight like 300 pounds, he was having an argument, with a male 160 pounds. The male pushed the employee, in which he fell, slowly like a turtle he got up.
Out of his front right pocket he produces a gun, the guy seesvit starts running away, downstairs, employee fires gun 4 times, one bullet hits the fleeing man. The question is to you....was he justified in using a gun,? The incident happened recently, video does not say if person shot died.

    5. Not justified in shooting person that pushed him and was fleeing and was shot in back the shooter cannot claim self defense if person dies it's manslaughter if he lives it's aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
