Hollywood - In a cryptic email sent to the bloggers at stallonezone.com, Sylvester Stallone announced today that the plot of Rambo V has "changed course" and teased that the musclebound mercenary's next blood-soaked adventure will send him "heading over the border to a violent city where many young women have vanished."
One can only assume Stallone is referring to Ciudad Jaurez, Mexico, a violent border town where a shocking number of women have turned up dead, victims of vicious sexual homocides.
Stallone also appeared to signal that he'll be adapting the novel Hunter by James Byron Huggins, but with another actor in the lead role. (Like we said, it's pretty cryptic.)
Sly's latest flick, the ensemble action-adventure The Expendables, opens August 20, 2010.
