Around 9:00 pm Friday citizens in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas came across a grisly find: The bodies of four unidentified men left on display in the central island of the highly trafficked downtown Colón roundabout.
A group of heavily armed men arrived to the site where, according to witnesses, they took several minutes positioning the bodies and staging the scene.
The four men, who were decapitated and with their pants pulled down to their ankles, were seen by hundreds of people passing through the area before authorities arrived to the scene.

But none of this qualifies as narco terrorism. These groups all operate in our cities in the United States but we quietly ignore it. Our war on drugs is a joke. ReplyDeleteIt seems that CDG are constantly failing in Nuevo Laredo so they need to concentrate on other Tamaulipas areas (Reynosa, Matamoros, etc). Z-40 is sitting in Nuevo Laredo and he isnt going to step it back. The same keeps happening in Reynosa which is the stronghold of R-1 - the Zs are being fucked up on permanent basis.
