BDN uploaded a new video in which five heavily armed men with military-style uniforms conduct an interrogation of two sicarios belonging to El Flaco Salgueiro.
Men who call themselves Víctor Flores García and César Humberto Ríos Delgado, confess to being sicarios, making a point that they had been only one month in the state of Durango, with the objective to "heat up" la plaza of Los M's by order of by Felipe Cabrera.
One can see how nervous they are when saying that they receive 1, 500 dollars a month as payment for their criminal activities. They also provide several names of elements of the Secretariat of National Defense which they claim have ties to organized crime.
At the end of recording one of the armed men sends greetings to Manuel Meza aka El Meño Ranch.

This town is near a town whose name is Dolores and the municipality of Guadalupe y Calvo that is in the area south of the state. He is in charge of the state of Chihuahua by order of El Chapo Guzman. He is having problems with M10 Mario Nunez, a native of Durango State, who is responsible for cleaning Cd Juarez. One of the brothers of the M10, is the leader of the plaza in Durango on behalf of El Chapo Guzman. He belongs to M 'S and the M10 is part of GN. That is why they signed the banner as coming from GN and M'S.

People that were screwing up, not that is an excuse Mayito was looking for. This dude abducted a person very, very close associate of Flaco Carlos Castaneda (Charly) this happened was in Cd Juarez and this was not going to stay like this.
M10 is a former municipal police that came up as a sicario and he went up the ranks when he got the job to clean Juarez. And now believes he can and wants to put an end to El Flaco Salgueiro. But this dude is heavy hitter and has people in Chihuahua, Durango, Nayarit, GUadalajara and Culiacan, where his family lives. He is also a close friend of Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar son of El Chapo. Those who are going to get hell is Mayito and his brother. Because they have not been able to finish the job that they were entrusted with to clean Juarez and secure Durango. They were also supposed to clean Mazatlan and you can see what happened a few days ago. La Linea has no role in this issue. The same thing is happening like with the fight with Margarito against Paquiau. That is why they asked for help from Los Zetas, more less they gave away la plaza.

Heard the same thing from a few people who live in Chihuas.
El Flacs is gente pesada (Big fish) and he has more money and more apoyo from peeps in Chihuas than most any other guy.
He hasn't left Gente Nueva, he still is very close and takes orders from Chaps and down the pipe line is good friends with Ivan Guzman who people say communicates with him.
This is just beef between another Gente Nueva memeber and Flaco.
So who all don't know El Senor Flaco Salguiero is the plaza leader in Chihuahua who gives orders to gente in Parral, Chihuahua and rural areas. He isn't just a sicario leader, he has always moved tons of weight north and for that he is an important and valued person within la mafia. Mayitos and GN de Durango are another fraction of the CDS cartel but each have their own bosses. Sounds like Chaps and Zambada are just letting them settle their own problems.
Not good business but happens in that dirty world we live in.

It's ridiculous how these conflicting criminal groups extract information from alleged captured foes. The information being given by these to doomed men looks staged or scripted. I mean your pretty much going to say whatever your told, when you have a several assault rifles pointed inches from your head!!

I though Los M's stood for Los MaranoS de Dgo that work for Mayo and Chapo, not Mayitos, so I am confused, can anyone shed any light on this?

Mario Meza is their supreme leader M10 his little brother is M11 or El Flaco, they allowed the Cabrera family to grow and move weight to the U.S. but once they had enoughf money personel and equipment, they let El Flaco Salguario from Parral Chiguagua inn to help take over. Salguario was incharge of la Gente Nueva in Chiguagua but they where all trained in La Sierra De Durango along with Los M's and they bare the same scars as El M11 from the front lines of Sonora and then Juarez while Salguario stood back and reported. So when he called his "people" they only recognized their true leader El Flaco or M11 from Durango. Now Los Cabrera are on the run, El Chapo Steped back and let them figuer it out nd so Slaguario with no where to run turned himself inn for fear of his life.... Los M's are a powerfull group they controll the State of Durango and no one challenges their controll thats why there are bearly any death that are known or publizied ..... their A "RESTING" Giant waiting for somone to cross their borders again...
