An early morning multi-home raid by the Mexican Marines has left a total of three gunmen dead in Durango.
According to early reports the raid and subsequent confrontation began shortly after 6:00 am this morning at 116 Gladiola Street in the residential area known as Jardines de Durango.
Neighbors report hearing grenade explosions and gunfire that lasted until nearly 9:00 in the morning.
Preliminary investigations report the discovery of a tunnel used to hide kidnap victims at the house on 116 Gladiola. It is unknown if any victims were found.
At this time the three deceased gunmen remain unidentified.

It seems like the Mexican Marines are the only good guys in Mexico. Of course Mexico is a country of mirrors so who knows. I hope the house they raided was connected to all the bodies they've dug up in Durango.
