The video quality isn't good at all. Not really much of a message...contains two names along with their nicknames: "EL MENCHO,"EL 85." The first few words: "greetings poster of twists." My spanish is a little rough though..lol

Hard to believe that a so-called psychic called CNN and CNN called Texas and reported it as a reliable source, can't get any more crazy than that.
