In Search for La Tuta

The Mexican government is said to be narrowing their relentless search for Servando Gómez, La Tuta, who is currently the leader of Los Caballeros Templarios. The federal government has dispatched over 1,800 officers to track him down, as they are said to know the general location of his hiding place. The federal police have deployed in a major operation in the area and are throwing a lot of resources in hopes to quickly capture or kill the capo.

The federal police are said to be using various forms of intelligence and have deployed in several communities using equipment of high technology to assist in locating him. The military and marines are on the ground assisting in the operation.

The feds are said to have arrived in 170 vehicles, some protected in armor, four helicopters and many other equipment.

    Give up, La Tuta, you're going down anyway. :)

  8. Sure hope he ends up with a bullet in his head.

    For that poster that says its a waste of resources that he will only be replaced within hours. Was it a waste of resources when they went after El Chango Mendez? They killed off all of his people, he could get no more which is what lead to his capture. Of course they will never finish this off 100% but they can kill lots of scum in the process.

  12. @11:36 pm...Thank you for your insight and opinion. Not all of us Americans want this bullshit "War on Drugs." Just the "want to be special forces" morons, and "want to be DEA nut huggers." I wish you peace, wealth, happiness and more luck than one man needs in 10 life times brother. I am from the US but use to go to Mexico often, have lots of friends there (I hope still living), and miss it often. Y'all have no idea how much truth and wisdom this guy just relayed to us.

    It seems to me that the Mexican Government can't do anything with the Zetas so just like any bully, if you can't kick someones butt because he is tougher, you find someone weaker.

    LOL, anything happening in Sinaloa, are they tracking El Chapo down. Opps, I forgot, Calderon is still in office.

  13. you are so right my man dou's any one realize that the beltrans the gulf and the z's and the vallencias have all tried to take over michoacan and have all failed i have a theory ; the tuta chayo chango have had one of the most untouched by rival cartels this is probably why the michoan comunity might want the tuta to keep controll of the state i have read many storys on the cartel and people actually comunicate wenever their are intrudors or people who dont belong hey call me a evil person but i think that the tuta is better left alone go after the mass murdurs zs come on people just put ur self in the peoples shoes tuta or lazca

  14. lol @ La Tuta being a protector of society! roflmao... no doubt he probably opens up school, clinics and other b.s. like that but it doesn't make him a good person!! Why do people always fall for that stunt? Saddam Hussein did it, Castro did it, Chavez did it, and then when they have the people in their hand, the murdering begins! God people can be so stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  15. @...El Regio....Isn't the stunts you described just like the ones Calderon did in Juarez. He built schools, playgrounds, soccer fields, social programs etc. And walked away as if he cured the problem so that we in the US would think he was doing a good job. LOLOLOLOL

    ReplyDelete
  16. @el regio
    No mames, you just mention all of USA's enemies. Get of their huevos! Usa presidents, fbi and cia's have done worst things all around the world and killed more people than castro, chavez and saddam put together. After they fuck up countries they build schools, clinics and governmemt. But its ok cause the white man is doing right?

  17. A local cartel is generally going to treat the local people with more favor than an outside intruding cartel. There is usually long standing relationships with the people, families and even the local police. Outside influenced cartels do not have any of these ties and can be more ruthless to the local people and business. This is why the people of this state do support the local cartel. It is understandable.

    The CDG use to have Monterey but the Z has become a outside intruding cartel influence. If you ask the citizens of Monterey which cartel would they favor in charge of that plaza, what would be the answer?

    Why are we so quick to BASH people from Mexico that are willing to give their first hand insight about the situations in Mexico. It comes across as if Americans know everything about everything because we read an article and because we are so smart, we know it all. The rest of the world are mere dumbasses because we think so.

    Our arrogance is embarrassing!!!!!!!

  18. They should leave la tuta he is a nice guy other than doing drugs . its going to be bad if they kill him because the most violent guys are going to be the leaders and its gonna suck atleast la tuta kills those who do bad.....

    ReplyDelete
  19. i actually agree with the idea of leaving La Tuta in control of Michoacan, the Zetas are not human they are lowest of scum. the CT are also drug traffickers but at least they have some sort of limits to their brutality. the zetas would rape their own mothers if they felt like it. and yeah some Americans come off as Know-It-Alls. they read a couple blogs, watch a couple of "exclusive" news reports on the drug war in mexico, and consider themselves experts. and right wingers, please stop fantasizing about invading Mexico, we both know that wont happen.you just come off as tin-foil hat wearing, army men playing, mouth breathers.

  21. Success is one dead Narco at a time,including their support staff,at some point basic bottom dwelling Mexicans will think twice about hiring out to Narcos,stealing cars,kidnapping,extorting business owners. In the past it was open season for criminals,field day,COULD A NEW DAY BE COMING? Hunt down and kill EL BOBO,EL BU BU,or whatever they call themselves, they are low class trash in need of removal.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Don't really see the reason you are so down on the zetas. They are no worse than any other cartel and atleast you read about some people left living. Not so true with others. They are all brutal and that is the nature of the business. Just because they have not been around for 20 or so yrs does not make them worse just less popular.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I don't see why you are so down on Zetas. They are no worse than any other cartel. Atleast you hear of some people living after an encouter. Not so much with the others. They are brutal but so is the drug trade. They have just not been around as long as some of the others. People try to blame them for everything.

  24. Americans please stop thinking you take one out its over come on no ,i was born in michoacan left when i was 3 grew up in portland oregon got deported in 05 after i got shot over their i now live hear i saw when the zetas usto controll hear it was bad then chayo kicked them out im no stupid i know la tuta is criminal but then again you dont know what you would want because you know little or nothing you dont live hear so please shut up ,even my uncles and my grandfather tell me when it usto be quite calm absoulutly no violince he cry's sometime just talking about it he once said why cant it be like in the old days every one knows drugs are still gona make it ........

  25. The fact of the matter is that drug dealing narcos are drug dealing narcos. Some are more violent than others but they are all capable and willing to kill anyone who interferes with their enterprise.
    One is no better than the other. It is understandable that a local community would rally around the local cartel, especially if they are building schools or contributing to their economy in any way. Poor people will do what they have to do to survive, even if it means supporting an entity that is self serving and motivated by greed. It's a sad situation really.

    How should I know what Calderon did in Juarez? Besides it is his duty to do things for the people, no La Tuta.

    @Anon 3:53
    No mames guey.... really?

    @Anon 4:02
    You are wrong, CDG never had Monterrey, it has always belonged to El Chapo and The Beltranes (San Pedro).
    You say Los Zetas are a foreign power in Monterrey however that is incorrect, they are all local thugs that were banded together when Los Zetas came to town. So they are local.

    @Det2nate
    They say those things out of ignorance, because they have fallen for what the media has told them or what the Cartels have wanted to them to hear. All the cartels are equally violent, those they believe are better, are probably the worst! They have more government connections and get away with more (secretly) by having the local police force, state police force, and governors working for them. To me that is the greatest threat because that leaves no one to counter that criminal group. At least with Los Zetas they don't have those connections (which is why they appear more violent) but it leaves some hope that a police force will combat them.

  27. @el regio, yeah La Tuta should stay out and let Calderon do his job but the thing is he doesn't so, La Tuta has done more than just help Michoacanos out he has exterminated countless Zetas who failed to enter Michoacan

  29. Lucifer right on my man calderon should go after zetas with all force

    ReplyDelete
  30. @Lucifer you forgot to mention that La Tuta has also extorted, robbed, raped, tortures, murdered, and kidnapped countless Michoacanos. He is a cancer to society and must be eliminated. Great that he exterminated Zetas however at the same time he has done many bad things against his own people which cannot be covered up by giving to some poor people.
