Cartel Bosses Arrested in 2011

 Despite the unstoppable wave of violence, Mexico made some key arrests of Mexican cartel bosses in 2011.

    It would be interesting to follow up on which of these arrested guys are still in jail. People deserve to know.

    As much as I hate to admit, I think this MF ¡LIBRE! ¡LIBRE! Luis Miguel Rojo Ocejo, “El Oso Rojo”, otro líder de los zetas en SLP was set free.

    I wonder if El H will try to go after El Oso Rojo. This was the guy that was saying El H and El Shaka were lovers.
