The state
attorney general office is conducting the investigation, a representative of
the office reported the human remains were transferred to the forensic medical
service facilities and that so far the victims have not been identified.

ReplyDeleteThe Zs have endured and I think the Gov knows this, what we are seeing right now is the fall of Chapo. Ten years ago the gov decided to let El Chapo consolidate the plazas. It was clear from the beggining that the gov was paving the way for a cartel they could control. As soon as the new gov stepped in 2001 the aretes were dismanteled. Every military operative was happening in territories that would later be disputed by the CDS. Thee gringos probably knew it too but they did not know the fierce resistance some cartels would put against the plan. The prez tried implementing one federal police to control everything which would definetely facilitate this project but was shot down. My guess is Mayo is chapo's boss and the gov is mayo's boss. I think that by now the people on top realize that the original plan won't work so they might be removing support from Chapo. I don't think they intend to capture him alive. Mayo is a different story he keeps a low pro and has used chapo to divert attention from himself. I think the US wants chapo out of the plan. it was the US that told Mex Military about his house in BCS. The military just didnt arrest him they waited till he left.

Seems to me the smart play for chapo is to hit here and there, but let CDG do most of the heavy lifting. As much as I do not like him chapo is a smart guy, or at least is surrounded by smart guys. If he is not directly familiar with Machiavelli or Sun Tzu his tactics say otherwise. He will let CDG and the Zetas do most of the fighting, in turn that only makes him and CDS stronger.
