The General
Attorney of Justice of the Mexican state of Veracruz confirmed the discovery of 14 dismembered
bodies found in plastic bags and abandoned in the town of Alamo Temapache,
Veracruz, located north of the state, in the region known as “huasteca
veracruzana”.
The bodies
were abandoned in a Nissan white truck bearing the license plate WJ-09836 of the state of
Tamaulipas. Of the 14 victims two are reported to be women, one in her 40s.
In their narco banners left at the scene, the declared the dead to be Zetas, it was later found that none had a history of narco crimes and none were found to have links to any organize criminal groups.
The discovery
occurred at dawn today, according to
radio stations of the northern part of
the state that borders the state of Tamaulipas.
The newspaper
Notiver published in his edition of this Tuesday that the discovery was of 17
bodies; however the PGJE identified 14 bodies.
The discovery
of the bodies occurred on the federal road on the stretch knows as
Alamo-Potrero del Llano.
A citizen’s
call activated the police, Army and
Marines with an intense mobilization in the town of Alamo Temapache.
The job of the
Director of Expert Services started daybreak of Tuesday and concluded before
noon today, after determining that the human remains belonged to 14 people.
Just last
Monday, Governor Javier Duarte (at left) had requested hotel entrepreneurs and the public
opinion to stop seeing Veracruz as a violent state. He referred that this description
made him “sad” but at the same time claimed it to be election tactics due to
the proximity of Election Day.
“Let’s talk
good about Veracruz. I view with sadness
the black campaigns that have much to do with a political calendar. They are
trying to make it looks as a violent state, but we have to achieve that Veracruz
be a good news”, expressed the head chief after initiating a touristic impulse
program at the zone of the high mountains in the city of Cordoba.
Two high profile massacres, and no messages, published or left, kind of strange.

They would not have taken over the main plaza in Veracruz had they only been killing innocents. In the first 48, police received an anonymous tip on who the killers were and where the rest of the innocent kidnap victims were being held. The tip was deemed credible because the cell phone number the tipster gave as a clue was the same number as the chief police investigator. All the resources available to the law were put into this investigation to find out who this citizen tipster was. Within 48 hours, the tipster was routed out and a death squad sent to clear the rest of the street, including stray dogs. Case closed. Not even the need for crooked judges in this case.
The killers need to leave proof that they were associated with cartels, during the torture, just get their names, who they worked for, and things they did, but use a printer so it wont get traced back to the killer.

The top members familys are never messed with because they have very large security details. Such as in Mayo Zambadas case, he has los antrax which are body guards for his family. Many times there familys no longer live in the country.

If it was me and you looking for people to kill,would we look for gunmen from Z,or take the easy option and pick up people who couldn't harm us,innocent,lookouts,dealers,taxi drivers?It is human nature,of course we would pick up innocents who don't have ARs/AKs to murk us with.Why initiate a firefight with other killers,when you can be safe and just pick up anyone who is unawares?It is by far the easiest way to do this bullshit.
