Today narco-mantas appeared in different parts of Gómez Palacio, Durango, and Torreon.  each indicating that they are of "Cartel del Poniente" aka "Los Danny's" aka Cartel de la Laguna.  This group is fighting both CDS in Durango and Zetas in Coahuila.
 
The mantas are in response to the arrest of the "jefe de sicarios" Jacobo alias "el Rambo"
 
The following narco-manta was left at the elementary school 18 de Marzo on the corner of Juarez and Rayon of the center colony Gomez Palacio:

    chivis, you are obviously not mexican so....charola litterally means trey or serving trey. in the old days they used to refer to the badges the Police wore as charolas because they had the habit of saying "a tu servicio" "at your service" right before they took their mordida, beat the shit out of you, or stole something from you (not much has changed - Mexico has always been brutal). Kinda like the copper badge became the cops. the name stuck.
    In this instance he is reffering to the members of the Sinaloa Cartel having Police Credentials - having the "charola", the badge (which isn't unusual for mid to high level narcos to have) - the implication is that they are allegedly protected and may have the police force working for them or at least looking the other way and that they have free rein in the area to kill, kidnap, and disappear people with impunity .     Seems to me C.D.S. is growing strong. Their waging war against the Z's all over Mexico. They have them running with their tail between their legs. Although it helps having factions of the Zeta switching alliances.
