A
memorial chapel appeared in Reynosa, Tamaulipas to honor Samuel Flores Borrego, aka Metro3
deceased chief of the plaza for the
Golfo Cartel (CDG).
On
2 September 2011, Flores Borrego was found dead along with Eloy Lerma
Garcia a Reynosa police officer on the outskirts of the city of Reynosa,
Tamaulipas Authorities reported that he had been killed by members
of CDG over disagreements and territorial disputes.
Embedded in the chapel video, at bottom of this post, were
two messages. One is a flyer I have
paraphrased for improved comprehension, it begins with a title that reads;
“Wherever
you are partner, we know you are fine, and we know you are better”
On your birthday August 6, 1972) we remember you for what you represent in our
lives, and what you continue to represent despite not being here. We commemorate and celebrate the friend who
knew that living without friends was not living.
Who knew that a brother could not always be a friend but
that a friend could be a brother.
Partner, today we worship you for what you gave the
people, and for your fair treatment, You always knew being good was easy, the
difficulty was in being fair, and you were that is why you were obeyed.
We know it is easy to be a boss, but difficult to be a
leader. And you were both. You knew how
to give without being asked and how to listen and understand.
This is why we miss you but you should know your seeds and
school/education are present. With the
same intensity that made us admire you, but not the administration that some
confused with envy....

if the chapel (shrine) belonging to Comandante Metro 3 located in colonia Olmo
is on private or public property? From
what I understand, it's located right on the side of a plaza that is an avenue,
and there is a police station on the other corner.
As far as I understand, this
Cartel del Golfo chapel built with backing of the municipal government, should
have some kind of permit, or something similar, right?
But oh we'll, look at the Metro 3
rooster that they placed right on the avenue and that no one, not even the military
would remove. They, themselves ended up
taking it, and placing it in the palenque.
Even when they knew for whom, and the reason why it was there; a
reminder to Reynosa and Tamaulipas that in our state, the authority (law) is
organized crime

It's reminds me when they say that 98% of Muslims are against what the other 2% are doing. There is no way in hell to deny the truth that America is the culprit of almost everything going on right now. Politicians line their pockets with drug money that is made in Mexico and America in both sides of the border. Why not just legalize drugs and regulate it. Well because their is just too much money made out of it not being legal. Just like most corporations outsource their jobs to other countries for cheaper labor instead of paying Americans high wages like most Americans want. Because cheap labor equals more money in the corporations pockets. The same goes with drugs. Just imagine if drugs were legalized how much money one person can make for a crop. And all the money a State could bring in just by taxing it. But no people are greedy fucks and prefer other nationalities kill themselves as long as they still line their pockets with money is all that matters.
