Sandra Avila Beltran, Pacific Queen, will be moved into Mexican territory some time today, sources with the Attorney General's Office reveal (PGR).
The PGR indicated that the woman will be given to the
Mexican immigration authorities at Miami International Airport, United States,
for a private flight and transferred to International
Airport Toluca, State of Mexico, or land in Mexico City at a government hangar.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons said on its website that Avila
Beltran record number 98356-004 was released on Tuesday.
The lawyer said earlier that usually the procedure dictates immigration authorities will receive her into cusotdy further deportation.
The Mexican national was sentenced to 70 months in prison on Thursday
by Judge Michael Moore, however, the judge considered her jail time as time served

I agree with you when you say that there are a lot of "non-knowning" people here. There are tons of people that come on here making comments and statements as if they know them to be facts when in reality they don't know a thing about her or her case or the other cases they comment on. These things come with open forums and blogs on the internet but it's very annoying to read some of the things people say when they are so far from the truth.
I don't know anything about what she's done or not done. That's not my business and i don't comment on things i know nothing about.I do not care what you speculators and bandwagon riders say negative about her because none of you know either, you are judging her based on things that you've read online. If all it took was rumors and being charged with something meant we were guilty i'd be doing a life sentence and so would many of you. I'm not here to tell anything about our personal discussions, it was nothing illegal and that's all you need to know. I will say that she is extremely polite and very well educated and intelligent. I asked her if there was anything i could do for her or get her and she asked for three books which i gladly sent and she was deeply grateful for. She seemed very well mentally and spiritually and was handling her situation as graciously as possible. We had plans for me to travel to Miami to meet with her but our time ran out before i could do so. It seems the mail from her was arriving very slow after the first letter I received. Today I got one from her that she dated July 3. Seems that the institution was taking their own sweet time sending mail out. I have a feeling I will be getting more that she mailed before she was released. If I don't hear from her I will have to travel to Mexico City to find her and make sure she is ok lol. Now I hear that she is being detained in Mexico since she was deported there this week for an investigation into possible money laundering. They should leave the woman alone she's done her time!

ReplyDeleteMy husband doing 22 years in federal prison in south carolina for half kilo..that's bull#$%^ this bitch walks with no time under her belt! the deal is, when someone gets deported..especially when associated with a drug org, they usually get some info from them..that will cut much of their time off to begin with. my husband, who was also associated with a known criminal..drug organization in our town, had been under the watchful eye of our local cops. Since when does someone get federally indictments for just (1) half kilo of coke? BTW, my husband is a white man, born in this very town. he's serving time with people who have a lot less sentence than he got, who had a lot more dope than he had? they..the feds sent us little warnings..they said "we're gonna getcha son"..and they did! set up survalance in the house next door to us, guess they thought we wouldn't know it. My husband actually was riding with someone, who the dope belonged to..and they bailed...my husband was left behind to take the fall. i will always believe that it was a set-up, i know it was! They didn't even try to go after the other guy, who was into@#$%^&..and other dirty deeds in town, how convenient for him..and the feds!! Now, the queen gets a free ride home!!
