Last night the Spanish language television station Univision ran a report about el Chapo. Among the documents revealed were a previously unreleased photo of Chapo with Estela Peña and a California driver license issued to him under one of his Max Aragon . The license first issued in 1988 is still valid, and was used to register two Corvettes, later both vehicles were confiscated.
Interesting is the fact he printed his name on the license, a common practice by illiterate persons in Mexico to sign documents, his education stopped at age 8, he is illiterate.
Rather humorous given the East LA address depicted on the license, I have posted the house at the address, but the address on the license would be behind the main house.

Yes its south central. And yes mostly mexican. The blacks started moving south and west during the early late 80' early 90's..that area is controlled by mexican gangs BMS13, Playboys,Florence13, and eastside13,..the black gangs are east coast crip and avalon crips. But mexicans dominate. I grew up and still live in the area. Very hood! More importantly:
My pre-analysis of his printed handwriting (8th grade level?) is a person who is intelligent & tend to lean towards «black & white» decisions - no grey area here. The light spacing between the letters also indicate his pragmatism towards business decision and somewhat patient. The three letters "MAX" is more profound/bolder than the last name which indicates a hierachy and type A personality. The last name "Aragon" is a bit below the signature line which indicates concealment of character. I would be very curious to what other handwriting analysis enthusiasts have as well . . .
