prepares arrests as a result of La Ruana confrontation”
Morelia- Within the next
few hours, 56 persons who took part in the confrontation last Tuesday in La
Ruana, in the municipality of Buenavista Tomatlan, will be arrested; among them
the former self defense forces leaders Hipolito Mora Chavez and Luis Antonio
Torres, El Americano, the State Attorney General (PGJE: Procuraduria General de
Justicia del Estado disclosed today.
They said that they are waiting
for a judge to issue the arrest warrants to detain the persons who fired
weapons in the confrontation in which 11 persons died, five from the Mora group
and six from El Americano's (group).”
Friday morning, Hipolito Mora
stated that he had been informed that there was an order for his arrest against
him; he is worried that the government is preparing to frame him and does not
understand why the federal commissioner for security in Michoacan, Alfredo
Castillon, was protecting Luis Antonio Torres.
Meanwhile, El Americano threatened to block highways if Hipolito (Mora) is not arrested.

It is worth pointing out that
Luis Antonio Torres has not been part of the special G250 group of the Rural
Forces since this past December 15, while Hipolito, although he had announced
he was leaving, had not yet presented his resignation.

I yes easy for us to comment and say take a stand and don't be taken without a fight, but the government of Mexico is just adding to the list of injustices, and making the powder keg bigger!!! When it blows up watch out!!! Castillo will run for his life along with all the rest of the true criminals!!!! ( Even though many good people were upset that he would even work with the Devil Castillo himself) So Antonio Torres AKA Porky Pig El Americano was kicked out of the Rurales because of video evidence of him colluding with Tuta? Then why was Antonio and the H3 cartel allowed to run around with expensive trucks and weapons terrorizing the people of La Ruana? Technically the Military should go and arrest the rock throwing instigators! Why was Americanos group given their weapons back and the Rurales of Hipolito Mora's taken away! There Is More To THIS Story THAT Is Not Getting Out! Nothing adds up! Are there still people that believe the Government's (Castillo) lies? ReplyDeleteBut for the killing of Manuel Mora, son of Hipolito in the Americano attack, Hipolito would have been immediately arrested when the feds finally moved in. Castillo, in DF shopping for Rolex watches at the time, had to approach the conflict with kid gloves. This because the world and Mexico is closely watching the actions of federal agencies in the EPN administration, due to Guerrero getting widespread attention.
ReplyDeleteArresting a man who just had his son murdered would not play well in the media or popular opinion, although had Manuel not been killed there would have been little or no coverage of the attack in the first place.
I wrote about the convoy intimidations and posted a video of a convoy driving by Hipolito’s house and yelling threats. He spoke of it in his interview that Un Vato translated (best BB gift of the week)
In the interview there are hints that one must read between the lines. For example when asked if his son was a part of the AD, Hipolito answers “my son was always at my side”. He stresses that he made sure his group did not fire a shot first. And he spoke about not leaving Ruana. Both those comments address the constitutionality of their actions. If they are in a defensive mode, and are in their town of domicile, there is no sound questioning of their constitutional rights.
The fact that Americano went into Ruana with his thugs, and began the long threatened attack should have resulted in his detainment. Instead the feds helped transport his injured men and gather their weapons, returning all to Americano.
The feud of the two men goes back to when Americano live in GF was Hipolito niece, supposedly Americano was abusive to her and Hipolito tried to intervene. They eventually split. But what really caused the hatred was over land rights. Americanos mother squatted on land owned by Hipolito where he has his little lemon grove. He asked her to please move, she refused. He then took it to court to evict her. He won. Americano has had him in the crosshairs since then, which exploded when the AD movement initiated.
Americano has always been a part of the Viagras. He has experienced unmatchable luck and timing. There would have never been AD in Buenavista or H3 if not for the then mayor who wanted to form AD because of pressure from the people. Sierra Santana bros (Viagras) knew they needed to form something with their people to have good control. There is much more to the story, but that is how it began and Americano was appointed leader, and the mayor was assassinated along with a reporter who was interviewing him and witnessed the killing. He was intentionally ran off a road..

On what grounds is he being arrested for if the federales are aware that grenades where used against the autodefensas? Could it be possible that this may be another dr.mireles case repeating itself? And also it seems castillo and the government are more hell bent on arresting autodefensas and their leaders without covering their asses (pardon my french) than arresting the actual cartel members who are in plain sight? All of this to secure the meth lab routes in Americanos favor why isnt this side of the tierra calientes trouble exposed to the world sorry for the many questions chivis in advance. Just have a few blanks to fill this is definitely government collusion in plain sight the pink elephant is definetly in the room on this one. Its a tragedy the peoples voices will never be heard castillo and his dirty mutts should be brought to justice but its hard to say when the law gave them all the power they wanted. It will be the biggest and bloodiest civil war i could only imagine.
