Joaquin Archivaldo Guzman Loera " El Chapo " |
The Judge of the tenth District of Amparo in criminal matters for the Federal District accepted the jurisdiction to hear a guarantee trial promoted by the drug lord , Joaquin " El Chapo " Guzman Loera against his extradition to the United States of America.
The original demand was presented by the Attorneys of the ex leader of the Sinaloa cartel , before the Judge of the 16th district in Administrative Matters of the capital city of the country on Tuesday 20th of January, however the Court has declared itself incompetent to hear the matter which is of a criminal nature.
The written notes as an act , called for the Secretary of Foreign Affairs , among other authorities, trying to extradite " El Chapo " from the Federal Centre for Social Rehabilitation number one " Altiplano" in the Municipality of Almaoloya de Juarez, State of Mexico, to a different place that is internal and available to different district judges, and from there out of the country towards the United States of America via Mexico Federal District or another border, without the possibility to try something in his favour, pursuant to an order that we know has been turned to such effect.
The Amparo petition was promoted a few hours after the Attorney General of the Republic, Jesus Murillo Karam, expressed that no formal application for extradition had been received for the Sinaloan Capo, but they were very sure it would be very soon that the application would arrive.
Another constitutional lawsuit brought by " El Chapo " last November to the Eleventh District Amparo Court was dismissed, in the absence of the claimed request for extradition , deportation or expulsion from the country.

Lo quieren matar de un susto, when others quieren que les metan un susto, pero bien grandeee!!! Right Colonel Fitts???
ReplyDeleteEn 5 años tal vez, va ser la foto de sus hijos la que veran aqui. A lo asesino, ratero,y traicionero y deshonesto, no le ganan a papi gobierno...no lo entienden todavia estos gueyes.
ReplyDeleteObviously there was much coordination of business between Chapo and Mayo. Looks like the transition of cartel leadership went off pretty seamlessly. I have always viewed Mayo as more about stability than Chapo. Chapo was a greedy fuck, hence all the effort to capture him. These guys were mostly about business though, as opposed to the Zetas, Golfos or the Beltranes who fight over power a lot.
ReplyDeleteEventually they will catch or kill Mayo too. When that happens, the Sinaloa cartel will start to disintegrate and everything will go to shit real fast.
No sir it will not. As long is there is demand, there will be a Sinaloense to move it. Too many connections to deconstruct the corporation.
DeleteI think every state will eventualy have its own cartel when el mayo is gone. Its already happening in guerrero, jalisco, michocan, baja they are catching on and realizing you dont really need one big boss since everyone is learning how to run a cartel. Everyone from the federation is almost gone and just like when nobody wanted to take orders from vicente carrillo after amado died, I doubt people will take orders from Ivan, mini lic or even damaso himself. It took decades to form the federation and these days it not gonna happen again soon.
Delete@ 12:53 To many top dogs still out there running free, a cartel with that many ppl "working toguether" don't disappear from one day to another, but they gotta keep chopping their tentacles off.... at least, until they get turned into a small local cartel, remove their multinational level status.... to make it easier for REAL LAWS to deal with them....
DeleteThe only reason they "captured" el chapo was to make pena nieto look like he is combating the cartels and keeping his promise, when we all know mexicos politicians are rich because of el chapo. No way they will ever kill this guy or extradite him, he's to much of a good friend with the mexican government.
ReplyDeleteBorderland beat i was wondering if you can post my comment about el chapo being friends with the government. I dont see how its against the comment policy. Thankyou.
ReplyDelete@ 12:53 NICE one.. keep wishing "imbecils" there CDS for at leasy one more decade.......
ReplyDeleteIf he does get extredited he is fucked! He has hope in mexico even in prison. In the US they will lock him up for whatever years he has left to live..
ReplyDeleteNah, US will give him 25 years even less if he cooperates n brings in Zambada.
DeleteThen why is he resisting his extradition?
DeleteRegardless the man is now 60 if he serves 25 he will be out at 85 years old. Probably will die in prison
Chapo is fighting extradition because he really doesn't know what he could be charged with. There has been so much snitching going on by CDS Capos he could be facing multiple life sentences. Chapo is facing a sentence in a USP ADMAX prison where the worst of the worst reside.
Delete... Chapo Had A Mission, Which Was Completed After He Walked Out Of Prison Or Road Out In The Basket... Then, An Important Person Gets Let Out Of Prison And Another Will Be Out Soon... 10 Years Out Is Enough Time For People To Finish A Term Or Two In a Office, Then Go For Another High Power Position... His People Know People... Only Time Will Tell...
ReplyDeleteEl chapo and his associates, are probably just making time.... until another crooked presidente gets in power, another....Carlos Salinas de Gortari, Vicente Fox, Carlos Calderon.... Perhaps?.....so he can get the chance to get out of jail in a trash can or something....you know is el chapo anything is possible with those "people" ................................................................
DeleteYou know perfecly, mules won't move until you stick it in the reverse.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hen, el chapo is said to have one billin dallah's 'n pena nieto wants the motherfuckin' money, osiel gave up the motherfu king money, el vicentillo paid the motherfuckin' money, why not el chapo???
Also, nobody needs the old timers, the police can exploit the narcs better than their cartel leaders...

ReplyDeleteCry me a river Mr. Chapo. You are complaining about an extradition request for you that has not been filed. You must be fearing the system you can't buy.
