David Aaron Espinoza " El Secre "

Elements for the Mexican Army and the Federal Police detained in Chihuahua , David Aaron Espinoza alias " El Secre " , presumed personal assistant of Vincente Carillo Fuentes, " El Viceroy ", Leader of the Juarez cartel who was captured this past October.

Espinoza Haro , 47 years of age, was in charge of moving multiple shipments of money from particular places in Chihuahua for the Carrillo Fuentes group.

"El Secre " obtained the money from diverse criminal activities, like trafficking of drugs , extortion and kidnapping.

His Boss , " El Viceroy " brother of the deceased Amado Carillo Fuentes , " El Senor de los Cielos " , was captured also by the Federal Police while traveling in a vehicle.


 
Before his capture, Vincente Carillo Fuentes told the Federal Forces that he was a simple seed trader, however today he faces criminal charges in the maximum security prison Puente Grande in Jalisco State.

      CDS still controls a good part of juarez and linieros And cfo do as well. Sinaloa drugs continue to roll thru juarez like clockwork even after major hits to CDS.

      You dont see noo gn/cds at juarez at all i been too chihuahua so many times and when i hear stories about narcos there mostly about la linea

      Just cause you don't see em doesn't mean they aren't there because I can assure you that their product still continues to come thru that border like clockwork everytime so.... they definitely have people on payroll in juarez sending thier product.

    The biig difference is that the CDS does not hang on the corners of city blocks halconeando their dimes and nickles from paletas, tamales or tacos carts, or car washing... or viene viene parking attendants as a way of life without retirement benefits.

    Gente nueva in juarez are more likely to become gente muerta serious theres aztecas all over juarez and linieros all over chihuahua... People who say that el chapo has took over chihuahua are either chapo lovers and who listen to there corridos or people that believe the media and are not from chihuas or most likely both
