In the wake of a 14 year prison sentence being given to the Flores twins, who were first indicted in 2009, came the announcement that United States officials in Chicago had issued an eighth superseding indictment to that initial 2009 case targeting the Sinaloa Cartel, as well as three new indictments.
- Joaquín Archivaldo "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera, who is currently in Mexican custody
- Jesús Alfredo "Jags" Guzmán Salazar, 31 years old, a son of "El Chapo"
- Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada Garcia
- Heriberto "Capi Beto" Zazueta Godoy, 54 years old
- Victor Manuel "El Lic Vicc" Felix Beltran, 27 years old
- Jesus Raul "Trevol" Beltran Leon, who is in Mexican custody, 31 years old
- Hector Miguel "Mv" Valencia Ortega, 33 years old
- Jorge Mario "Choclos" Valenzuela Verdugo, 32 years old
- Guadalupe "Don Julio" Fernandez Valencia, 54 years old
The superseded indictment lists nine defendants:
Charges are pending on the following, who were all listed as defendants on previous versions of this indictment: 44 year old Felipe "El Inge" Cabrera Sarabia, currently in Mexican custody, German Olivares (apparently referring to Germán Magaña Pasos, who used that name as an alias as well as "El Paisa"), and 27 year old Edgar Manuel "Fox" Valencia Ortega, who is currently in custody in Chicago awaiting a status hearing on February 19.
Also listed in previous versions of the indictment were 39 year old Jesus Vicente "El Vicentillo"
Zambada Niebla and 45 year old Tomas Arevalo Renteria, who have both plead guilty and are awaiting sentencing, and 59 year old Alfredo Vasquez Hernandez, who received a 22 year old prison sentence in November following a guilty plea.
As for the new indictments, 38 year old Alvaro "Panda" Anguiano Hernandez and 38 year old Jorge Martin Torres are defendants charged with being money launderers for the Sinaloa Cartel. Jorge Martin Torres is specified as having purchased a 1982 Cessna Turbo 210 that was refurbished and transferred from Ohio to Mexico. Each of them were arrested in the United States at different times in November of last year
The third indictment was issued against 26 year old Elgin, Illinois resident Venancio "Benny" Covarrubias on narcotics importation and distribution conspiracy charges. He was arrested in October of last year.

Does anyone have info on this guy Mario Choclos. If he comes from a established family or just a desmadroso. He has the attention of the feds, so is he a big player? What's his story
ReplyDeleteHes likes to hang with el mini lic. Hes part of damaso group
DeleteThanks, that makes sense. Why is he named in this indictment linked to chapo and mayo but no indictment on Damaso? Strange how all this stuff works, or how the feds make the connections
DeleteYeah people going to get indicted by the federal goverment for being desmadroso.
Delete)Damaso)Currently he is considered the successor of Joaquín Guzmán in the Sinaloa Cartel. Even though Mexico does not have any arrest warrant against him, in the United States he faces an indictment for money laundering and cocaine distribution.
DeleteIn June 2014 Carlos Loret de Mola said in his column published in EL UNIVERSAL that Dámaso was the successor of "El Chapo" after his capture on February 22. According to the weekly "Zeta", that López Núñez and El Mayo Zambada fight for the territory in Baja California Sur.
Unlike his son, nicknamed "El Mini Lic", who flaunts his flamboyant lifestyle on social networks and has several "corridos" on his name, López Núñez is discrete. Media from Sinaloa have reported that he has been seen in El Dorado, where he owns properties and where his father was part of the government in 2007.
@11:33 the federal government indictes whoever catches their attention the most, not necessarily the most crucial players in criminal organizations. So yes, the government will go after guys it can use to make an example of. So yes, flashy narcos are much more likely to catch the eye of the feds than a guy who lays relatively low and minds his business. It's the same for criminals in the u.s and it sure is the case with criminals in Mexico.
DeleteTo know the truth, everyone should read about Damaso... you always know there's a government connection... Well...
DeleteHe was in charge of Puente grande and resigned his position 3 months prior to Chapo's "escape". His son, mini lic, baptized by Chapo... That family has been in politics since his father... Chapo, Mayo and all low level guys are just ponds in this billion dollar generating game. Where is the money? Follow that trail and you'll find who is really moving the ponds, there's a lot of layers to go through before you get to the truth.
I HAVE SOME INFO ABOUT MARIO CHOCLOS, I COULD SEND IT TO A EMAIL ADRESS BECAUSE IS CONFIDENTIAL.
DeleteHow can I get in touch with you @7:54
DeleteWhoa ! are they going to dismantle this gang ? But the flow hasn't changed . Send them to the mountain resort in Colorado . These boys have worked hard to achieve their status and their retirement home should reflect that .
ReplyDeleteWith this new indictment, there is another reason for US to request 'Chapo' be extradited.
ReplyDeleteNo ELITE traffickers/money launderers, neither mexican or american, politicans or businessmen, no atracomulcos, even well known drug traffickers like the hank rohn, manlio fabio beltrones ''la fabis'', yarrington, bertie boy, manuel cavazos lerma...
ReplyDelete-they must have a deal going on, again...
Look like nice guys, u know their mother loved them
ReplyDeleteIs anyone else digging that el mayo and el chapo moustache? Its the next thing since hitlers moustache and osamas beard.
DeleteThey actually look alike Mayo and Chapo, could be brothers.
DeletePersonally the war on drugs is notN but bullshit since the 1980's N you tellN me it kant be stopped? All these players are notN but pawns 4 the government. I laugh every time I read about these people doing good fightN the war on drugs :)
ReplyDeleteThey cant even capture Zambada Sr. What makes you think they are going to bust those other cats, unless Chapo snitches then its game over!
ReplyDeleteHave you been living under a rock! Chapo has been snitching to the D.E.A for years, and not just on his enemies. Lol
DeleteIf you look at everything that has happened, the one pulling the strings was el mayo. That's why he's out, his son will out soon no indictments and the Zambia clan will finally take the reins. Who do you think turned chap in and what a coincidence that his son has only a year left right after shorty was captured. It was always zambada, just that everyone forgot to tell ahorty
DeleteI guess you must have other information do far the only one thst was snitching was mayos son hr even met with the dea in mexico there is no paper work saying chapo snicthed only zambada side
DeleteAll these losers pics look like cover shots for MAD magazine, the dollar store shades, drunken or high in pics, elementary school drop outs and they can sign their name with a big "X". Nasty, dirty looking POS's.
ReplyDeleteMejor desmantelen a los zetas que matan y extorcionan por dinero.
ReplyDelete100%
DeleteTodos los carteles son iguaes mensos
DeleteWhat has drug dealing really come to now days? In the old days being a "rat" or a "snitch" was the worst thing imaginable for a criminal. Now it's the "in" thing to do. Stop snitching!!!! Don't hate on your comrades because you got caught. Take your lumps and move on. You know the game when started this shit so be a man and do your time.
ReplyDeleteHow bout not doing drug dealing unless your really poor and have no other ways of making money.
DeleteChiquilin Avendaño " .
DeleteThe guy with the hat and sun glasses is chikilin advedaño not el trebol
ReplyDeleteThank you for pointing that out. The website I got the picture from misidentified him in the picture and I have removed it from this article.
DeleteIn another article u posted! u guys said Chiquilin Avendaño was capture and that information is wrong , he was never capture ,funny thing Chiquilin is a big time player in this organization, and bigger than some of the guys on this indictment and his never mentioned on any of them think about it some of this is bullshit
DeleteOh yeah these rats gonna get it real good. Especially the family members.
ReplyDeleteAny tips for growing a mustache like El Senor Chapo ????
ReplyDeleteStart sniching on people and the mustache will grow.
DeleteNo tips, one question .. Why wasn't Chapo shaved clean, yet Dr. Mireles was?
DeleteEl Chapo is buddies with those in power whereas Mireles was against them.
DeleteCARTEL DE SNITCHES getting a taste of they own medicine. lol my my how the once mighty have fallen :D
ReplyDeleteHater
DeleteThe truth hurts doesn't it Jan 29, 2015 at 9:00pm.
DeleteNope not at all i could care less its just funny how you get off on people that dont affect you or ever even met
DeleteIrregardless of who I have met or may not have met the facts are that the mighty CDS players are saling each other out. I too could careless but I find this very comical considering all of the corridos and comments written about the CDS and it's immortality. It's not hate but rather "I told you so" kinda moment. This CDS infighting is like a real life novela.
DeleteUh oh, El Chapo has new charges on him...he's in big trouble now!!
ReplyDelete2:31 eat the carpet, you know it perfecly.
ReplyDeletedr mireles had no money that's why he got remodeled, only the corrupt have money in mexico and the worst even have multimillion dollar houses, apartments and small house in mexico and abroad, and a rolex or two.
So El Azul(sp?) The Blue is not on the list? Is he still considered dead?DWW
