Omar "Z42" is 40 years old,  but his baby face makes him appear even younger.  To me I am having no luck linking his appearance to that of the previous photos seen of him.

    I see the resemblence to the photos of him online, you can definately tell he's had plastic surgery on his nose and maybe a facelift cuz his cheeks arent as chubby. Shoulve went for the delux package and got lipo too lol

    Is it possible he has had plastic surgery? That seems to be the tactic. Also the photos of him are outdated and he looked older in those. He has been out of the limelight for so long that he has had plenty of time to make changes through surgery.

    When they announced his arrest, the Sec de Seguridad said he is 38yrs old. He said "Oscar Omar Trevino Morales de 38 años"..

    Even I freaked out when he said his full name, I didn't know his first name is Oscar

    The policy behind arrest like these is for them to immediately get extradited to the U.S... Mexico tax-payers wouldn't have to pay to house these soul-less monsters and their reign of fear would go away. America should be demanding the extraditions of these guys just like they were demanding extradition for Pablo Escobar. These types of people need to be deprived of all of their human rights and studied for whatever they are, and if they agree to comply then just maybe they will be granted one of the simple things in life like, reading a book or listening to song, or seeing sunlight.

    What gets me is the head guy always gets the luxury of simply going to jail. Yes I know jail is no resort, but all the guys that work for them either get beheaded and other graphic deaths. The Capos go to jail with the hopes the judicial system screw up causing their release. Mexico truly needs a death penalty. I bet had they had one, not many idiots would step up as leader knowing his fate. It is a fact that the fear of death can prevent much of the crimes Mexico is seeing. All the capos need to do is grow old and they will be released. Prison is nothing more than a form of protection for them. Preventing rivals from catching them and cutting off their heads.
