A group of Auto Defensas of the frontier city of Matamoros threaten to kill 10 members of organised crime for every innocent civilian that is killed by any group identified with the Cartel del Golfo.
The proclamation appeared hours before a corpse appeared executed with a coup de grace in the San Angel Colonia on the outskirts of Matamoros this past 19th of March.
They were warned in advance, first the Commanders, then the pointers and the hawks, all of the people that work for Angel Prado Rodriguez alias "El Orejon" or Ciclon 7 are to be assassinated, the town of Matamoros requires your blood, while you have bathed in the blood of the innocent, continue killing good people Angel Prado, and we will kill ten of yours for every innocent. Indicated the text that started to circulate on social networks that are against the violence in the frontier of Tamaulipas
The supposed group of auto defensas say these have assassinated two men of Ciclone 7 identified as "Memo" and "Bogar".
United Auto Denfensas of Matamoros we go for you , already we located you in your armoured blue suburban, nor the PFP who will join the unemployed bitch, the town of Matamoros requires your death, and with those who are close we are negotiating the price, concludes the text.
Until now the only group of Auto Defensas that are operating in Tamaulipas is the armed column of Pedro J Mendez that appeared in the rural Municipality of Hidalgo.
The column was associated with a faction of the CDG " Zeta Cleaners", and its three years since they stopped extorting, kidnapping and committing other crimes in Central Hidalgo, but they continue in surrounding area.

DeleteI thought auto defense groups were citizens who join together to fight the cartels. Im completely ignorant to what is happening with the cartels. I know they deal drugs and kill innocent people, I know the govt is corrupt but that's about it
DeleteI don't know if the 13 in your nickname has to do with gang affiliation, but if that's the case, Cartels are a topic you should know since they supply you and any other Street Gang with narcotics and such, and I don't think they any better.

DeleteYou start killing narcos and you can start multiplying citizen deaths by 10 or 20. I'm just saying no one wins. Autodefensa in Tamaulipas will never work anyway. The majority of Mexican citizens are too submissive to the narco culture to fight it.

Everyone knows that but flat out neither CDG or Z are angels even tho CDG calm every thing down in laredo from the Zetas. Zetas just want to heat up the plaza so Marina could patrol Nuevo Laredo for them since they need some time to restructured the whole Cartel. If CDG comes in at this moment they could take Laredo in a week. Nuevo Laredo Zetas a low on supplies & cash.

ReplyDeleteIf the people of matamoros decided to stand up to the cdg good for them.but I think this was done by the metros to destabilize things and to put the cyclones leader name out there for everyone to know who he is even mentioned his ride.it's basically snitching him out.

But I fear either it's all bullshit, or if true and they really do start killing 10 narcos each time, then the narcos will strike back harder and before you know it there will be nobody left to kill anybody else. Great premise for a movie though . . .
