La Tuta suffering internal bleeding in Cefereso no.1 "Altiplano"

La Tuta appeals for his human rights to get medical attention in Cefereso no.1

Reporter: Luis Carlos Sainz Martinez
Barely satisfied some weeks ago when prison authorities gave him medical care and supplied him with medicine for his suffering; however once again the alleged drug trafficker (Otis: not forgetting mass murder), Servando Gomez Martinez "La Tuta" promotes an amparo for alleged cruel and inhuman treatment from staff at "Altiplano Supermax prison" in Almoloya de Juarez.

The ex leader of the Caballero Templarios promoted two new demands of guarantee presented before a Judge of the Fifth District of Amparo and Federal Civil Justice in State of Mexico. Through his writings he makes clear that he is "allegedly responsible, but I have not confessed", and that I am a human being with rights and guarantees.

Gomez Martinez said " I have had internal bleeding for ten days, covered black with blood and they haven't given me medical attention, I suffer from and have told them about my digital ulcers, and gastritis, and have not received any medication to slow the bleeding of my haemorrhoids, I am in a total state of defencelessness suffering cruel and inhuman treatment".

"La Tuta" informed the Amparo Judge that he is segregated and that while he shows them evidence of his illnesses, the guards and medical personnel ignore him. "I see, and I say this with a lot of respect, I do not receive medical attention, at any instant they suspend one medication, because they say it is not in existence", he referred to the Judge.

The internee assued that every day he reports his injuries "and I have asked and begged that, every 15 days my haemorrhoids advance, I have a swollen prostate grade 3 or 4 and they do not attend to me, now with the gravity of the internal bleeding I feel very bad.

Like he did on a previous occasion, Servando Gomez has requested that his family be allowed to by drugs outside the prison and allow them to be administered to him under supervision, but they say I don't have the right". The accused organized criminal proved himself to be a diplomat: "I do not blame the managers of the medical care, doctors, specialists and nurses, they do what the Directors order them to".

His Honor the Judge and Secretary with due respect I ask that they respectfully make the arrangements for my medical care and respect my individual rights and individual Guarantees as any other inmate, I am a suspect and alleged responsible, I have not confessed, I am a human being with rights and guarantees and attachment to its good conscience and proceed with the Mexican Constitution our Magna Carta, that they respect my rights and guarantees the same as any other citizen without distinction of class, race or sex, having confessed or not. Thanks your Honor, concluded the prisoner.

In addition to grant suspension of plane of the claimed acts and request  the corresponding reports to the prison authorities, the Amparo Judge ordered one of the legal actuaries, to be present with La Tuta and question him if he already received or not adequate medical attention, to check in effect if compliance of fulfilment of the granted precautionary measure.

I hope he gets just enough medicine to keep suffering and linger on in pain for a long long time. Then he enters the furnace he will be tortured in for eternity when the rat bastard dies

  4. Any human being either innocent or guilty should be taken care of medically no matter what there charges are. Thats wat a democratic free country does or wat?

    1. You are probably right. But he took things to the extreme and people suffered and died without rights. Best just hand him over to the family of the people he killed and let them and like he did decide his fate and do it just as quickly. That would then make it as much a democratic decision as he gave his victims. The government of Mexico does not operate as a Democracy much. PRI is destroying and buying votes as quickly as possible. Once they are in office it will be hard to remove them. Because it will not be left up to a fair and democratic vote that a democratic society is supposed to have. It is written here that 70% of the people in prison here are innocent. They cannot afford attorneys or pay to get out. The people with money just seem to pay there way out. Maybe that is changing? But if the Narco's were not taking extortion, kidnapping, stealing, and doing everything else against their countrymen, and were selling drugs as before they would have not brought this wrath upon themselves. Yes, you are right, but this is Mexico.

  7. Fuck that monster mass murderer. The pussy who wanted to die before he would go to the big house. The shoe is on the other foot now, that devil has no rights, he deserves to die as soon as possible. He has absolutely no right to receive medicine form his family as the money to buy it for him came from murdering innocents so he and his family could have what the have nots couldn't. That is not his money or his family's he is a stone cold killer with no remorse for what he has done. For all I care he can hurry up and commit suicide or take the slow route and bleed to death. Either way, it doesn't matter.

  12. The response we tend to see when bad people ask for their rights to be respected is "you didn't show that dignity to your victims, you shouldn't get rights".
Let's keep in mind, a criminal's conduct does not influence his rights as s citizen. It's not an injustice that he receive medical treatment.

Please let's keep a clear perspective of what is and isn't just. It's unjust that La Tuta got to do whatever he wanted right up until he started making American news (at which point he damaged the authorities' reputation, so they opted to arrest him). It's unjust that he will likely go away for no more than 15 years. It's unjust that for him to go away for more than that, he has to be extradited to a country with a real judicial system.

These things are unjust. His receiving medical treatment in prison is NOT unjust. Please don't say "he doesn't deserve it" just because you don't like him. If you want the laws changed so that guys suspected of particularly bad crimes don't get medical treatment, by all means advocate for it. But please keep the focus on what the Mexican prisons are ACTUALLY doing wrong. It's not that they're give treatment to murderers, it's that they let them go.

--The mexican federal government has no balls to apply the 48 or the 72 hour statutes on Dr Mireles case, not even to charge him on fabricated charges, but they have the balls to deny medical attention to anybody, including la puta tuta...

    3. This rat doesn't need a trial he confessed more than once in his videos. In every single video he always said and acknowledge that what he was doing was wrong. So there he's guilty as charged. Those videos are coming back ti bite him in the ass. I guess he wasn't that smart after all.

  23. OMG, send him to Juarez Prison. No medical, basically no food unless you can pay for it, and about the only right you have is to fight for some beans or die. Mexico doesn't have civil rights in prison. Hell, for that matter the US lacks a lot. I had a friend in federal prison in the US for book making and money laundering. Basically a bookie. He was rich from all his legal businesses and paid plenty of taxes. He got skin cancer and they refused to treat it in prison. He ask for a 15 month early discharge to be treated with him paying for the care. They refused. He asked for a medical furlough to get treated and they refused. He served the next 15 months and died 3 months later from advanced skin cancer that could have been treated. Don't be calling out Mexico for human rights violations when the US promises to abide by them and doesn't.
I wonder how many people were left to die with a bleeding stomach from this bitch Tata? Wonder how many young girls were raped by his henchmen and left suffering? How many innocent people were left sick to their stomach from Tuta taking their land, daughters, sons and/or killing them? Mexico doesn't assure basic medical care for anyone. Why should a rapist, murderer, extortionist, robber, thief, liar, molester, pervert, creep get what the public doesn't. Put this bitch in Juarez Cesneros (sp) prison and film it for all to see.

    1. For the same reason why most American soldiers fight for a flag that gives you the opportunity to express your self...is called humanity and the right thing to do. I understand he was animal...but we as a society don't have to follow that road....cause if we do we are not better than him (tuta).....by the way there is a saying a tooth for a tooth and eye for eye, will mostly definitely end up turning everything and everyone blind....God bless.

At the same time I hope the Mexican government doesn't fall to La Tuta's level. If he needs medical help, give it to him. But if he doesn't get it for whatever reason I will not shed a tear.
