The criminal organization " Los Cuinis", one of the most violent and dangerous cartels in Mexico, according to the United States, counting no less than 15 businesses in Jalisco and Quintana Roo, who lend their services to the organization led by Abigael Gonzalez Valencia.
On the 19th of August 2015, the Treasury Department of the United States said that these companies and 6 collaborators of the Cartel, were added to the list of narco traffickers specially designated for blocking of any transactions in the American Union.
The Cartel, with its operations based in Jalisco, already had been signalled by the United States Government for financial blocking.
Among the businesses of "Los Cuinis", appears the Unknown Hotel, a hotel and spa located in Tomatlan, as well as the Real Estate company "Ahome Real Estate" in Guadalajara, Jalisco and "Bric Real Estate" in Zapopan, Jalisco.

As well as Abigael Gonzalez Valencia "El Cuini", who is identified as a financial operator for the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion and the brother in law of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes "El Mencho", the Government of the United States identify the following:

Wendy Dalaithy Amaral Arevalo
Fernando Torres Gonzalez
"El Cuini" can be found in CEFERESO no.1 "Altiplano" since his arrest on the 28th of February 2015 in an operation carried out by the Marines in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, "El Mencho" continues at large.
Some have been accused by the Federal Prosecutor of Columbia in the United States for the crimes of drug trafficking, for which the Court of this district, solicited an apprehension order with end of extradition, of which to date has not been executed because the narco trafficker promoted an amparo against extradition.

The application of this sanction, implicated which ever business or persons under the jurisdiction of the United States, stay frozen and prevent which ever citizen tries to carry out transactions with them.
