Saturday night in
Guadalajara, singer Gerado Ortiz was arrested by Mexican Federal Police. Ortiz was arrested at the airport.
On Friday an arrest warrant was issued for
the singers arrest. Charges stem from
criminal exultation, for his single and video of “Fuiste Mia”.
The video centers on a
relationship gone bad, using graphic detail, shower scenes of soft porn, a two
timing lover shot between the eyes, and the mistress being fondled while bound and gagged
then thrown into a car trunk.
Ortiz’ video character
is a betrayed narco capo, who lights a cigarette, takes a drag and sets the car
and the dead mistress afire.
The video played on
Vevo gaining 30 million views before being taken down. The video now playing
on you tube has no footage
this moron should have been arrested a long time ago for making shit "music"
ReplyDeleteHell yes!!
DeleteIt's just music. That's like saying drake and Rick Ross should be arrested for their music videos
DeleteYa sabemos que este compa nomas es un putito
DeleteNah should arrest that panda guy
DeleteOrtiz deserves it n worse
Delete@4:31 the fake "Rick Ross" deserves even worse for using and exploiting the the name of a man that got caught up in typical political BS
END ALL studio "gangsters"!
I also vote that panda guy be arrested!
Delete3:03 capone, gotti, M&M, vanilla ice, mc hammer, j-lo, and the likes, are all stealing trademarks, but they cuntribute to the dumbing down of the american youth, while making money money for their new billionaire 'entrapreneurs', how about them?
DeleteThe mexican federal government has violent videos of their crimes, they would never have enough prisons for all the mexican government criminals, only for their lower level henchmen...
ReplyDeleteThis politically in correct but I think its time for censorship here in the usa also . Society as a whole has far less moral in the past 40 years .Young people are greatly influenced by what they are exposed to by music videos and pop culture . Fuck this musician . He needs to be out of business . Become a fruit picker if you cant do any better than that asshole . Wait a good moral fruit picker wouldn't want him beside him working. Did this guy have a momma ? Poor job Momma !
ReplyDeleteFreedom of speech and expression.. USA.. You want censorship gladly move your ass to mexico or how about a isis controlled country ..
DeleteFreedom of speech ring a bell !
DeleteShove your censorship up your ass side ways! This is what makes Merica Great ... Stop your whining and go support your local fruit man!
DeleteFreedom of "expresshun" in the US is an adult matter, only adults know when to self-censor, and for how much, specially mainstream media, tv, radio and print, even in schools people self censure if they want their budgets supplied with money, and from some of that budget money, even Turk terroristas manage to squeeze 150 charter schools from the US education department, because lobbying pays for all involved...politicians, terroristas, lobbyists, except for the children and the teachers, pare ts and taxpayers...
Delete--but this is the US gaddemet, behaving like mexicans...
--If there were more censure, "narco-terrorista messages" like this would not be found anywhere in the world...
All you talking about free speech. Having decency standards for mass media has nothing to do with free speech.
DeleteNo one is stopping anyone from saying something. But there should be standards for tv etc. In today's society where both parents work the children spend a lot of time watching the smut on tv.That's why kids today are so screwed up and our society is breaking down.
3:20 the self censorship we talk about, is about real big crimes and misdemeanors reports getting supressed, by their own authors sometimes, and more often by their Casas Editoras, that know when to shut the fack up voluntaritly, not about you and your porny
DeleteLook at all you nobody's arguing LOL so sad the only voice you have is ranting on a public reply box ... Pathetic lil nobody's.. Dint worry ill give you the needed attention you desire :)
Delete"gaining 30 million views before being taken down" --- many people like watching violence and sex (me too). But vast majority of them (99 %) never break the law.
ReplyDeleteWhy him , the producer should be the one arrested he was just the actor and the singer , mark my words he wount last a day in prision con dinero baila el perro
ReplyDelete.JC.
product of such society)
ReplyDeletethis is retarded. you can sing about whatever you want.
ReplyDeletehe is not single handedly causing narco-violence. what a
joke...the feds need to arrest the killers, not the musicians....
this wouldn't happen in the USA

DeleteHell ya throw this wanna be in the pin..that willy wonka looking fool. Cant stand gerardo...
ReplyDelete@1:38 Cant stand him either, good thing we like justin beiber ,and Kanye
DeleteAvienteselo a los Mayatez :)
DeleteAnother story I read about this said he was also being investigated for money laundering and involvement with criminal organizations.
ReplyDeletepretty sure all the music comes from organized crime.
DeleteYes filming it in a drug lords house and using state units. In his video
DeleteIn Jalisco
Jalisco government told Gerardo Ortiz, "plata o plomo", the choice was obvious, but the federales didn't got nothin' out of it, not even a postcard, y esas si son chingaderas...
DeleteMochensen sin que les digan o les hagan sentirr la mazacuata, y filmen un pinchi video con los patrones agarrando la lana antes de correr a agarrar nachas plastilinas de "modelos" siliconas...
... He Paid Some $$$ And Is Out Already ... Sadly, No Pasa Nada Like Most High Profile People In Mexico ...
ReplyDeleteSo a video depicting violence will get you arrested . While actual chopped heads are being used as soccer balls in the streets and bus load of students goes missing yet no one arrested ? Hmm seems like good ole Mehico policia federal are really getting the upper hand on crime ..
ReplyDeleteTheres no money in finding the students so they wont be found. Thats how it works in Mexico. Money talks.
DeleteThe mexican government is finding that those 43 were 43 too many, the new US ambassador in mexico seems to be getting involved in local "Nacional shit" she like war with the right guys...
Delete--as often happens to me, I forget her name, she is a woman...
Terrible a women ambassador in mexico representing the USA
DeleteSamethung that happened with Larry Hernandez will happen with Ortiz, nothing! All just a publicity stunt.

ReplyDeleteLol....Mexico and it's politicians are a joke...arresting somebody for making music....never heard ice t got arrested for cop killah or snoop for murder was the case....aisi arresten a gerardo Ortiz bola de hipocritas....arresten a Los politicis rateros y corruptos todos..
ReplyDeleteEl komander canta mejor ...
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter. They will all grow fat and old, possibly dead. And the next guy that comes along will take his spot. Can't sing borracho y escandaloso forever.
DeleteI don't like his music but this is ridiculous. Will they go after film makers in Mexico that make violent films too ? Most likely extortion to get money from him. Mexico has no shame. They don't even hide it anymore.
ReplyDeleteLionardo did Caprio has just made a movie, where he gets bare butt naked inside a horse! And he killed the horse first, not even Hannibal Lecter ever did that, the mexican movie director should be arrested too, instead he got another Oscar...
DeleteAll you little Gerardo fanboy groupies need to realize that there are additional charges, including money laundering.
ReplyDeletepeople are upset that they would arrest people for a music video not just bcuz its Ortiz. theres no additional charges couldn't find a credible source. his ball was only $5,000 pesos. im pretty sure its more for money laundering, you gullible idiot
Deleteone of the worlds most corrupted government. they rape, kill, and torture its own people with impunity. they're so offended by a music video that it goes out and arrest the artist. because of there self righteousness morals. these guys who enforce these laws are the sickest the most perverted just complete disgusting pieces of crap
DeleteHey man leave the gerardo groupies alone :)
DeleteNo worry, temo, perro que ladra no muerde...
DeleteMexico es pura Novelas. Fantasy.
ReplyDelete5:44 the murders in mexico are too real...
DeleteAs is your love life :( LOSER LMFAO!
Delete10:13 write the time you talking to man, I almost te rayé la madre, then I realized that maybe you was talking to @5:44, maybe...
DeleteGood ole fashion shake down by the good ole happy mehican people...
ReplyDeleteSHAKE DOWN ON MY HUEVOS PENDEJO!
Delete6:26 "the good ole happy mexican people" are not poolice officers or ministeriales that arrested Gerardo Ortiz, so they could not be executing another good ol' hole shakedown, that is all about the government...and some pie holes speaking through their butthole
Delete@10:34 well the butthole speaker is lining his pockets with shakedown money :)
DeleteI hope there are other charges other than this video. here you have a man getting arrested for a pretend murder and rape and assault in a music video while the real criminals committing acts like this never get arrested or held if they are. Mexico has now become Comedy Central?
ReplyDelete10:15 you are a total comedian,
Deletenot funny, just real ridiculous...
$3000 to bail out not bad huh? Lol Mexican Authorities are a COMPLETE JOKE, Chapo pays a couple millions to Escape 2ce, and many more examples lol
ReplyDelete6:45 el tunnel le costó a la chapa 50 millones de dolares, pero 49 millones se los robó la constructora HIGA...
DeleteLeave it to Mexico to ban freedom of expression...yeah this dude is a bum but he is getting what he wants...publicity...no different than NWA in their heyday...
ReplyDeleteEste wey vende cocaina

ReplyDeleteMexico always with the Bullshit how bout arresting the fucks who make chopping head videos or kidnapping ransom videos...pinches idiotas what a shitty country I am so ashamed to be mexican when the government does bullshit like this. Waste time and money on bullsgit while real criminals are out there killing torturing etc.........
ReplyDeleteYou mean your ashamed to live in Mexico, don't blame the race, blame your government and all the citizens of Mexico that don't stand up to the government and do something about it...since Mexico is full of matadores, why don't they start killing off all the bad cops and politicians.
DeleteObviamente el govierno nomas le interesa el dinero, porque no arrestan a los productores y actores de peliculas que glorifican al narco si ese es el caso. Es una verdad que ocurre en mexico y de eso no quieren que hablen, una mierda el govierno mexicano
ReplyDeleteHe is under ivestigation because the house used in the video belongs to someone in the CJNG.
ReplyDeletei thought he was cds tho
DeleteEveryone on the end jump into the big ole CIRCLE JERK of cartels...
DeleteKombo kolombia is a witness that not all that jump to bed with cartel mafiosos make it out alive...Chuy Quintanilla and el shake are two more...
DeleteSo you can see El Señor de Los Cielos on TV every night wich is about murder drugs and womenizing but Gerardo Ortiz gets arrested for a music video hahaha el Pri is a joke and Mexico needs to stop this bullshit alltogether
ReplyDelete"He is under ivestigation because the house used in the video belongs to someone in the CJNG."
ReplyDeleteSo, if THEY know this, why don't THEY do something about it already. Do THEY not know where the freaking house is?
free Gerardo Ortiz...free El Chapo....impeach el Pendejo de Peña Nieto
ReplyDeleteThey don't show el senor de los cielos in Mexico!!!!
ReplyDeleteNetflix??
DeleteThe real crime is him using a drug lords house that was supposedly confiscated by the Mexican government n turns out by lookn at the video is they have it still. Exposes the Mexican government
ReplyDeleteReally glad something like this is being taken seriously, even though the arrest is probably for show.
ReplyDeleteWhy are you glad? So you want music to be censored?
Deleteso than you want movies to be censored also?
see were this is going?
The prostiturer that armed todo este pinchi pedo is just trying to earn pointzz to become the next governator of the "state of guadalajara" according to poolitical insiderzzz
DeleteI don't want to see any music videos which normalises the rape/violent revenge of women
DeleteI don't want to see any films which normalises the rape/violent revenge of women
See where this is going?
Agreed the video is too much but getting arrested for it after all the other shit that goes down in mex is Bullshit. If mex was a just and fair country I would agree with some government scrutiny and harassment but of course it is not. This is an unlawful, unfair apprehension. Fuck the Mexican government.
ReplyDeleteEste chavito tiene mas feria que tu y yo asi que si a el le va bien cantando sus pendejadas pues que bueno por el que le siga echando ganas.
