A commando of gunmen
led by César Ochoa Mendoza "El Morisqueto", attempted an
assassination on Monday of Hipolito Mora Chavez, founder of the self - defense groups in Michoacán. Ochoa
is one of the leaders of the cartel originally initiated as fake autodefensas, calling itself H-3, he is
also a partner of El Americano, and is the
brother of former professional footballer Carlos Ochoa.
The H-3 staged two
'narcobloqueos " (narco blockades) on the Buenavista-Apatzingán highway, in retaliation for
the alleged disappearance three gunmen occurring on Sunday, in the municipality of Buenavista Tomatlán.
Chavez Mora confirmed
that "El Morisqueto" entered the community of La Ruana, in the
municipality of Buenavista Tomatlán, in a convoy of four trucks with gunmen who
managed to reach the house of the autodefensa founder.
The drug trafficker,
with his gunmen, went to the home of Mora, finding the autodefensas leader was
not at home, but his family was. The gunmen left threats at the door of Mora.

Relatives and residents
of La Ruana reported the incident to Mora, who returned to his home with
his staff, however, "El Morisqueto" had already left after leaving
the message of his intention to assassinate Mora.
Inhabitants of La Ruana
reported that a convoy of soldiers from the 43rd Military Zone avoided arresting
“El Morisqueto" and his group.
Mora Chavez telephoned
various officials in the areas of security and justice in the government of Michoacán
to ask for support from government authorities Michoacán, however, none took
the call.
In December of 2014,
Mora’s son was killed during a battle that commenced when El Americano and the
same group of H3 formed blockades into La Ruana, and attacked autodefensas a
total of 11 autodefensas were killed in the attack.

DeleteThis man has been through a lot. Remember Hipolito Mora is one of the last founder of the auto defenses; most of the founders are in jail or were assassinated. Hipolito fights to have Doc. Mireles released from prison and stand up people to defend them selves and revolt against the government. I'm not surprise if the government did not take the call or investigate; this man is a in the way of the government and want him gone.
