CJNG is the Mexican goverments new favorite cartel. Now as for Michoacan they never could have takein it over but they did one thing and that is make mutual benifitial treaties and get rid of some of the trash threw betrayals. Also the Zetas never took over Michoacan the people that did were Michoacanos under the banner of the Gulf Cartel later on the zetas and Carlos Rosales we all know how he ended up. CJNG is working with the Zetas Vieja Escuela saw it in a manta that was placed in Cancun and most likely the Gulf Cartel. They have Tijuana in their grips and as for going into Cidad Juarez they are most likely working with the Juarez Cartel and not Sinaloa if the reports are true. In Guerrero they have always had a presence just look at their videos. They are the biggest and baddest maybe not but the most organized and probably the smartest they are. No wonder everyone wants to click up with them. In my opinion it's always best to have the locals run their area all you have to do is give them unity and leadership and a set of rules that you enforce and the most important thing Job security. Loyalty can be increased by offering a life insurance policy and 401ks maybe some bonuses maybe an incarceration insurance if you ever get locked up of course everything comes with its fees and deductibles. I know sicarios from all over the southern part of Jalisco Cd Guzman, Tamazula, tecalitlan and even Zapopan and most of the go fight to Nayarit every once in a while it's stupid to say they have no presence but they don't have complete control. They control some small cities in the north not a big deal mainly ranches and they control I would say about 30% of the entire state of Nayarit so Mencho gunning for control of a key state to invade Sinaloa makes sense. They've been fighting for a while now but I guess we'll just see what happens
