Damaso Lopez Serrano, believed to be the godson of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán Loera, who
turned himself in to U.S. authorities, amid a power struggle conflict against
the sons of El Chapo Guzmán, has charges filed against him, has been indicted and appeared today in San Diego ninth district federal court.
When he gave himself over
to U.S. authorities in Calexico it was thought he had no charges against him. The investigation
lasted five years and involved intercepts of more than 250 communication
devices. In 2015, there were tens of thousands of communication intercepts.
“Mini Lic”, and five of
his associates are accused of trafficking drugs into the U.S.from May
2005 to August 2016.
The amount of drugs
have not yet been specified, but in general terms it was recorded on the
indictment of being more than a pound of methamphetamine, more than two pounds
of heroin and more than 11 pounds of cocaine.
In superseding indictments information will become more specific.
The defendants are also
accused of money laundering.
He pleaded not guilty
to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine and heroin, conspiracy to import meth, cocaine and heroin, and conspiracy to
launder money.
Also named in the
indictment is Nahúm Abraham Sicairos Montalvo "El Quinceañero", financial
operator for Mini Lic. Sicairos Montalvo
was arrested a week ago.

And no car can touch a person from another car without permission or there will be a crash or riot pretty much. DeleteThe San Diego US Attorney's Office Press Release, regarding Mini, which was posted today. It was filed in December and unsealed today. He will be arraigned on those charges soon, according to the press release. There is never any info in the Narco Polo releases, all bare bones, I haven't seen Mini's though.

There is an indictment but not together and it was previously sealed I have a copy of that one, but not much to it. there are 5 defendants on that one but not Jr. I checked scribd and nothing there either except the one I have....strange I will post the press release because it has info on some of the other players. Here is a fictional scenario based on facts I know from authoritative sources. Crook X is a very rich and powerful man who needs to o into secure hiding. Because of his powers he knows hundreds of people from the lowest to the highest. As this type character goes through life, he leaves huge tracks.... some of which his minions cover , but not always completely. In forensic sciences, crooks and their close associates invariably leave trace or contact clues (fingerprints, DNA, pictures, bills, phone calls,etc.). Add to this that crooks, like all of us, are creatures of habits. We tend to like certain foods, movies, music, places, cars, clothes, and people. We can change many of these things, but not all. Next, some crooks have health issues which in combination form identifying profiles. Now, lets feed in forensically relevant, psychological data. Criminal X has a personality that is unique (likes, dislikes, fears, phobias, mannerisms, beliefs, superstitions,and other kinds of "marker" habits).
Now, the for rest of my argument: Put all the forensic facts together and the job of locating any particular individuals today is virtually impossible. This is why some crooks do plastic surgery ... but fail in other respects.
Bottom line, "if" the Man decides you are big enough and important enough to be worth finding.... the Man will find you. Take this to the bank! You can run, but you can't hide is a pretty much true. Remember the many crooks in history who came down because of the kind of forensic type clues and reasons I listed above.
Just for entertainment purposes, I know of a case where the cops knew a crook they wanted on serious charges had a psychological problem with women ... He was cruel, sexually promiscuous but inadequate in "equipment" and performance. He was a "fuk em and dump em" man. Mostly, he was plain rude and crude in speech, and with manners among people that he considered beneath him. One cardinal flaw in his personality that the cops identified and exploited concerned relationships with "women." The cops simply searched for women he had mistreated as potential witnesses. Before the cops even contacted or interviewed the woman, they were armed with facts to use in getting the woman to inform (rat). During the interviewing process a cop accidentally on purpose told the woman that the suspect described her as a lousy fuk. That popped the don't snitch cork! The woman was so angry that useful incriminating fact after fact spewed out of her mouth and onto the tape recorder. Masterful, cop work based on science.

I just got out of Canon City Colorado DOC. The Surenos and Whiteboys are allies. They are said to have control over most yards in Colorado. I am white, but rolled with the Piasas. The Surenos were refered to by the affilated Aryans as "little brown brothers." Control of the yard trumps racist rhetoric. Piasas had more conflicts with the Surenos than anyone else while I was there.
