The suspicious prison release of Erick Valencia Salazar “El 85”, leader of “Matazetas”

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat

Justice in Mexico: Mass murder of 35 people among other crimes, out in less than 5 years

On March 9, 2012, the Mexican Army arrested Erick Valencia Salazar, alias El 85, at the time he was the leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel in Zapopan, Jalisco . Valencia Salazar has a long history of criminality.

After the death of Nacho Coronel, killed by the Army in 2010, Valencia Salazar joined forces with another of Coronel's operators, Rubén Oseguera, and formed the organization we now know as the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación [CJNG].

According to Army information when he was arrested in 2012.   Together with El Mencho  "Valencia Salazar assumed the leadership of the 'Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación', taking actions to prevent cells from the 'Resistencia- Zetas' from settling in some municipalities of Jalisco.

Additionally, they took control of the transfer of drugs using part of the Pacific route, mainly the port of Manzanillo, Colima, where he coordinated the reception of cocaine and ephedrine, from Colombia and China.

"Under his orders, the 'Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación' expanded to Michoacán, Morelos, Guerrero and Veracruz, to act against the allies of the 'La Resistencia', in some states with the self-designation of 'Matazetas', of whom the most outstanding event was his infiltration in Veracruz in September 2011, where they are responsible for the execution of 35 people.

In Boca del Rio Ver, aided by police 35 innocents were taken to be used as props.  Touted by CJNG-MataZetas as "Zetas"
the victims were proven to have no connection to organised crime.  A Teacher of the Year and a 15 yr boy
on his way to buy chicken feed were among the dead.
"When he was arrested, he was accused of organized crime, stockpiling of weapons for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force and possession of cartridges for the exclusive use of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

At the end of last year, less than five years after his arrest, a judge released him.

On December 30, 2017, he left the Cefereso de Puente Grande, as I confirmed with several police agencies in the country in recent days. The release of Valencia Salazar was not in the news, the federal criminal system. One assumes that he was on  vacation or packing up preparing the departure of his boss, that the Secretary of the Interior, or did not hear or warn the intelligence and prosecution of crime, as done in other cases.

Valencia Salazar, according to the government, one of the most important and bloodthirsty leaders of the Jalisco Nueva Generación cartel, is on the street.

And the judge? And the Seido? And the head of the prison?

Who will tell us what happened?

    7. Here is why criminality is rampant in Mexico, they don't support the rule of law, they cheer when a cartel thumbs its nose at gob or US law.

    9. Corruption is why RCQ walked...he will be dead soon. The stress of running after all that prison time will take it's toll. He still has pull in Mexico, that is obvious. As the election nears, I feel several of these wanted criminals will be caught to buy votes. They do need death penalty in Mexico. The UN needs to.step in and clean house of the Mexican gov. Or US could just annex it. Make it a US territory. There'll still be corruption, but at least the general populous would be safer. It's a travesty to see such a beautiful, cultured country, so rich in natural resources have most of their people live so poor. Must be a catastrophic change to this broken Narco regime.

    10. I do not support Rafael Caro Quintero, his murdering drug trafficking ways, his release, or the corruption that has surrounded him and his business all his life, but let''s not forget that the CIA, Oliver North of the NSA, his good buddy in Mexico the cuban american FELIX ISRAEL RODRIGUEZ
MENDIGUTIA ordered his puppets in Mexican government DFS and then secretary Manuel Bartlett to kidnap, interrogate, torture and murder DEA AGENT Kiki Camarena and his Mexican pilot Alfredo Zavala Avelar, and that as a result of the orders to execute, some other religious missionaries got murdered too, "by mistake", pilicia judicial fedreal commander Guillemot Gonzalez Calderoni also got murdered in Texas for collaborating with Hector Berrellez and Phil Jordan of DEA who investigated the Camarena Case, they are still alive, and waiting for FELIX ISMAEL RODRIGUEZ MENDIGUTIA's lawsuit, but "FELIX RODRIGUEZ" AKA MAX GOMEZ, is still waiting for his balls to grow before talking to his lawyers...
--Proceso is a communist rag, but FOX NEWS CHANNEL the extreme right FAWX NEWS SPECIALIST aired it, you can still see it on YouTube.
--And that is the shit nobody talks about when accusing CROOK Rafael Caro Quintero, no más, no mamen!

    1. That is exactly the problem and that is where the solution would be, but would mean a revolution is needed. Is the mexican ready for the struggle and suffering of a revolution or do they prefer the current plodding along life style.

It is when the government mis-judges both the pain people feel and the readiness to fight for change that a revolutions start. I think the mexicans are still not doing bad enough and are too intimidated to take on a fight against the syndicate of government and organized crime.

    2. What is in little Chapulin Colorado sized "Colima"?
Oh a maritime port, Manzanillo, the Mexican navy and army is taking it to give to EPN''s grade school chum, Ricardo Pierdant, benefactor of La pinchi gabiota who lives in his two floor apartment he pays for it, the mortgage and the real estate taxes, because of a pure and impollute friendship with the "so called Mexican Presidente".
Of course the deal involves all the Mexican ports and airports they want to privatize to keep trafficking and stealing, a few pinchis Muertos here or there do not matter, not at all.

  4. Onother win for cjng, unless he decides to go against Mencho but I doubt it. El 85 had his plaza in colima from what I understand, he got together with the amezcua family that had their plaza in colima and that's what makes the cjng strong in Colima. Bad news for chapitos that want to take colima from cjng, not happening now.

    1. El 85 was a high ranking lieutenant for the Valencia Cartel along with Mencho. Once Lobo got arrested 85 wanted for Mencho to be the leader but Molca and the other lieutenants refused causing the cartel to splinter. Mencho & 85 formed CJNG with backing from Culiacan with the intention to battle the Zetas, 85 was arrested in the midst of that and Mencho cut ties with Culiacan after that

  8. He'll be killed anyway by the armed forces. Remember the army or marines or any executes these big fishes in the EPN's terms. Besides hes not gonna dump bodies in public or anything like the cartels used to like in Calderon's terms. Well they still do that but we don't hear much about the hangings everyday like 2011 or 2012 or 2010.

    1. Veracruz polesias arrested the people that got murdered, and they shold know who they delivered the victims to for their murdering and exposition show and tell, mysteriously, there are no reports of identifications of bodies or cartel affiliations, just a few denials of their being cartel members, or zeta or cjng, key is the local police, who also don't say who owned those trucks, no investigation means a cover up, orders from above, but Arturo Bermudez Zurita and Javier Duarte de Ochoa alias "La Marrana" sure made off with millions and millions of dollars and properties on the US...

  9. This is huge, El 85 created CJNG with Mencho. Mencho pulling strings like Mayo did with Azulito, 20 & Limones. Last time he did it his father in law was killed, 85 is a big fish though who I expect to be fiercely protected

  10. As I understand, this is Mencho's right hand.

  11. It is known that he was responsible for that mass murder, but I don't think he was ever actually convicted of the crime.

Sometimes it's hard to tell if they are corrupt or just following the law. Either way it's pretty disgusting this guy getting out. Now more will die.

  12. Cjng has EPN blessing. This is obvious. They grew too rapidly , with very little action taken against them even after taking down helicopters and blowing up children with dynamite. Cjng control too many plazas that are areas of politics and government. Plus they kidnapped the Sinaloa kids. With no repercussions. CDS know they have the political power and it's a hard fight with heavy losses especially if they start winning. No way they can win. Gotta wait it out. Till next election. Then let the power change hands and the heads will start rolling.

  14. The Mexican government is criminal and no longer have the right and authority to govern. The lawlessness boggles the mind, all the while it's citizens have not been allowed to defend themselves or force a change. The right of citizens to own the arms necessary to force a change and defend their universal rights as people, to self preservation and personal property, once gone, more than likely cannot ever be recovered. Lambs to the slaughter, and it makes me sad and angry for the mass of great people in Mexico.

Must have been just a pinchi firecracker.

  17. POS garbage like this need to be instantly exterminated. Mass murdering bastards deserve no right to life. Fuck human rights, they have none and abandoned them when they joined the cartels as mass killers. What about the human rights of the victims they butcher, rape and execute on a daily basis?

  18. Cartel del Culiacan will withstand this. They always do. They still control Mexico, mencho cartel is like los zetas when they started. Look at them now they are an after thought. Sinaloa is just the daddy of this business. All the major leaders have been from Sinaloa. CAF , Amado, Caro, Felix Gallardo,Palma,Mayo,Chapo,Azul all Sinaloa. There’s levels and deep roots to this. , look what happened when el Dámaso gave up the location of the chapitos to El Mencho , mayo and politics got involved and got them released ASAP and Dámaso was caught and put out of business el mini lic resulted being a punk ass jr turning himself in without having a warrant. All I’m saying is let’s not kid ourselves and think that El Mencho is going to takeover. Just writing facts and not fake news
