"El Cuate" of CDG is named as responsible
The customs situation in
Tamaulipas, has worried the authorities of the Attorney General's Office (PGR)
and the State Government. Since last
September there are indications that the Gulf Cartel controls the passage of
legal and illegal goods, primarily on the bridges of Matamoros.
According to federal
investigations, this cartel has diversified its business and not only continues
trafficking drugs, kidnapping and extorting merchants and businessmen in the
region. Now its leaders have found in Tamaulipas customs a new modus operandi to extort and control
much of the merchandise crossing.
The investigations of
the PGR are in addition to those of the US authorities, who also detected that
the members of the Gulf Cartel have managed to corrupt the officials of the
U.S., while operating extortions in customs.
One of those
responsible of this modality and who has gain control of customs officials, is Carlos
Martínez alias El Cuate, whom the
authorities of the DEA have identified as the son-in-law of Osiel Cárdenas
Guillén, founder of the Gulf Cartel.
El Cuate, is the one
who is in charge of extorting the customs agents of Tamaulipas, mainly they
indicate him, as the one that controls one of the four most important bridges
of Matamoros, it is the bridge known as Los Indios.
It is through this
point that the organization, in which he is a leader, forces employers to pay him fees when they
cross merchandise ranging from electronic devices, clothing, stolen fuel, cars
and, of course, for the transfer of drugs.
It is also known, from
the information that the DEA provided,
that among the main operators is El Cuate are Rigoberto Brown, nephew of
Cárdenas Guillén and who has an arrest warrant in the United States, in
addition to Rigoberto Castorena Cantú , his brother-in-law.
In the open
investigation files, it is explained
that to operate in the customs, the son-in-law of Osiel Cárdenas has managed to
create an important group of traffickers that manage to mask themselves as businessmen and even politicians
of the region.
Of these characters,
federal authorities are already investigating names such as Luis Biasi, Jesus
Jiraudini, alias El Chuy, and his nephew Oscar Jiraudini, the latter identified
as the one in charge of controlling all the bridges from Reynosa to Matamoros,
and it is known that he works under the orders of the sister of Osiel Cárdenas.
The investigations of
the PGR began after they received various complaints from employers who reported
that the crossing of any merchandise, container or order has a fee of $ 300,
which is paid to organized crime.
Three hundred dollars
that for months has been paid as an extortion fee by every legal importer for
each crossing or request made. These investigations have been integrated for at
least six months; if not concluded, the result will be increased extortion and violence
in the customs, as other groups began to see the business as a means to diversification.
The peach falls the same as the apple. The leftover money and connections certainly has kept the Cardenas clan still going it appears, but nowhere near their once “glory”.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the Matamoros groups are still the loyalists from his father’s reign and doing a decent job at staying relevant. Makes me wonder how things will be when Osiel is finally released as a viejo narco.
It’s the Apple doesn’t far fall from the tree. I don’t know where u got this peach thing. Go read an book
DeleteThese fuckers from CDG are exactly like the guy the Godfather smoked in NYC. He was smoked because he was exrorting his own fuckin people. Fuckin Zetas had the same schooling when they first began as CDG then they took it to an entirely new level before Z40 or Z42 was wiped out. Regardless of the history this is the worst possible thing for a cartel and or it's members to commit-extortion of innocents- hence these fuckers from CDG deserve no respect and it's member should be terminated with no mercy by authorities for being the assholes they have always been.
ReplyDeleteStop watching crime dramas dummy.all cartels do the same shit
DeleteThe school of oziel was when a man became cdg oziel wld give them a few gz with the understanding that the money was going to buy drugs and those drugs wld be smuggled in the usa. He wanted his men to open up routes and get usa connections. Tjat was the true school of cdg. This extorting the people its the zetas way and it has trickled down to most other criminal organizations getyour story straight
Delete@9:23 and you know this first hand that all cartels exthort people?
DeleteBelieve it or not ome cartels exhort only other criminals but of course U.S. authorities are going to say the opposite only to promote their agenda.
Crime against innocent people is committed by all criminal groups.whether directly or indirectly.what exactly don't you understand?
Delete11:43 not defending cartels but crime grouos exist everywhere and some like terrorists are far more dangerous than cartels also. You can never get rid of crime groups for drugs unless you get rid of the demand. What part of this don't people like you and the U.S. authorities don't understand?
Delete11:43 theres shit that dont get reported. Places like tamaulipas juarez veracruz tijuana amongs the top cities and states that are just plain dangerous. More dangerous than most places on earth.
DeleteNo don't get it messed up . I live in Tijuana and we have no fear here . But places like tamaulipas i would never go to .
DeleteLmao yeah ok that's why he goes to Colorado to visit him almost every week.
DeleteOfftopic: Don Humberto and Mario A. are they the last of the Beltranes brothers roaming freely?
ReplyDeleteCorrect. Half brothers. Hijos de don Carlos who remarried after Doña Ramona Leyva passed.
DeleteSources? There has never been a mention of any of these brothers, or any photos..
DeleteThis is quite incredible. These gangsters now operate as a de facto government in place of the elected officials. When will the Mexican people rise up and take control of there lives?
ReplyDeleteyou know not much recent mexican history.. a culture of glorification of narco life prevails in mexican youth. including American-mexican youth(chicanos). plus its really hard to be honest when even as kids mexicans are taught this phrase " el que no transa no avanza".
DeleteAre you blaming the innocent victims?
DeleteNot going to happen. Why do you think their corrupt government took their gun rights away?
DeleteNo, the elected officials are the gangsters. It would take an all out war.
DeleteWhen the U,S stops funding the cartels
DeleteIf the usa was funding cartels they wldnt have to rob their own people. Dont blane us for your peoples greed
DeleteIts mexican-american pendejo and maybe your parents thought you that i never heard that when i was a child.
DeleteWatch Chapo series on Netflix, it will give you basic understanding of how things work in Mex
DeleteNetfix gtfoh lol. Shit has change in the last 5 years theres 400 criminal groups operating in mexico at least. Not even el chapo himself wld believe the shit thats going on now n days.
Delete@6:47- I been watching Netflix chapo. Funny how they change the names slightly. Decent show though.
DeleteDamn this makes all the rumors about El Contador Cardenas seem likely to be true. I could understand why Cabeza de Vaca would prefer a group that masks themselves as “businessmen and politicians” than the warlords that CDG has had for leaders these past few years. Less violence, and with a quota on legal and illegal goods, far more money.
ReplyDelete7:13 Francisco Javier Garcia cabeza de cagadas de vacas es El mafioso mayor de tamaulipas, he started as a tool of osiel when he got osiel Cardenas guillen's money to run for reynosa mayor.
DeleteIt has all been up and up for the now "governor of Trampalipaz"
God Bless America. Thats why live here. And also the CDG.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you expect? I, said it before the demand for drugs outstrips the supply!
ReplyDeleteFuckin weak minded people that allow themselves to be corrupted on this side of the border though! There is no need for that here.
8:50 apparently there is great need for drugs, people pay for them with their ass, gas, or grass, literally, it has taken a lot of work to create that demand, through creating the addicted clientele that has the government sticking up banks foreign and domestic with fines on the 600 millions of dollars, or about 1/10th of their money laundered... which is ancient history.
DeleteBut no bankster executives are ever taken to trial, they must a got a UNION OR SHIT that fixes it all up for them.
I seen this dude in a upscale club in Dallas, cool guy never that he was big.
ReplyDeleteThese guys are freakin’ relentless! Their ingenuity in conjuring up new extortion rackets knows no bounds! I’m wondering if after the elections this summer if the new Mex president is going to grow a titanium pair and hit them hard between the eyes and put them outta business? Or is it going to be like that song from The Who: “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss!” I’m guessing the latter…
ReplyDeleteI mean, these people are beyond Hope and Change, what they’re screaming for is Shock and Awe! Someone please oprime el numero 2 and call in Seal Team 6, Marine Recon, Chuck Norris, Arnold, Wackenhut Security or Chapulin Colorado! Who cares, just take them out already! Ya basta!
But whatever you do, don't send in that Army of yours - they'll make it worse! And get rid of those F-150's with roll cages, they're so last year! Get F-250's with 8" lift sporting 40's and .50 cal turrets on top and Sidewinder missiles mounted on LAU-7's on the sides for good measure- they'll scatter like roaches in the dark at the site of those beasts!
Ok stop drinking so much coffee Rambo!!!
DeleteNever will wapen
Delete@11:07 you're hilarious really had me laughing so hard and then he says thosa badboys LMAO even more este guey who let kids on here lol
DeleteThe cdg matamoros faction has bulletproof trucks with 50. cal ma dueces in the back. Check the videos.
DeleteYea nice 50's
DeleteGangsters will be gangsters. If the cartels don't control all criminal activity someone else will, giving a chance for rivals to develop. Key to looking after any investment is always diversification.
ReplyDeleteRight on, Mexico!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
Wow das positive for the cartels. Really funny jaja
DeleteSounds good Lurker!
ReplyDeleteYeah, yeah, the theory always sounds "good" to somebody in theory, but most always fails in the practice.
DeleteBecause of the shortsighted leading the blind.
According to the three blind mice of Sun Tzu kung-fu that leads the three monkeys to see, hear, or say nothing.
The damned Mexican customs have been extorting for decades they are no saints, now they are getting a taste of their own medicine. Probably worst for the legitimate businesses who are probably paying both corrupt Mexican customs and cartel extortionist.
ReplyDeleteIt take the Cartel to do. They have always made me pay
DeleteMexican customs used to extort second hand clothing importers, stolen cars and shit americans don't want at all, not even for junk, don't be so facking stupid, the big money extorted is on shit traveling NORTH, fom china, culombia and other producers that most Mexicans can't buy because of their prohibitive pricing, that why mexicans use mostly all second class
Deleteknock-offs, weapons and pirated goods,
--Tejas has always been a states rights when it comes to
state corruption, like Arizona "La Narizona"
History repeats itself. Back in late 80 early 90's Garcia Abrego did the same and took CDG to #1 cartel. Back then president Salinas and his Brother helped them control customs. This is nothing new. Same tactic.
ReplyDeleteThis guys bro was burned in the prison in matamoros you all ran the story abiut some American Citizen named James Tondre
ReplyDeletePeople come on this has been happening for ages, people have been killing each other for ever, ever read how france was conquered, how americans killed the indians, how capone killed his enemies, this is a stupid war a war only the U..S wins.. wins money big time and keeps the sheep eating all under control... Uncle sam cant lie to me i know the drill.
ReplyDeleteYep el Cuate is buddies with several ICE agents .
Delete1:33 sources? Proof? See who? Names other than El Cuate?
DeleteThey just busted someone with million bucks in kingsville tx heading south to cdg.
ReplyDeleteHeads are going to roll in Nuevo Laredo or somewhere because of that.
DeleteIt was actually going to reynosa.
DeleteEsos millones de dolares eran pal gobernador Francisco Javier Garcia cabeza de cagadas de vacas,
Deletehe collects on the way in and on the way out, Mexican customs know better than to check incoming trokes for kickbacks, but somebody may have talked to the US out of envy
There hasn't been a time in the last few decades when the CDG hasn't controlled the MX Aduana in Matamoros and Reynosa. Just talk to anyone involved in ropa usada or used cars. This is not new, it's common knowledge.
ReplyDeleteOsiel Cardenas is his father in law. Stole 60 million dollars from him.
ReplyDeleteI knew a guy from Brownsville named Oscar Juraidini, wondering if there's a typo on this article. Wondering if it's the same guy because he works as a legal assistant for some attorney in Brownsville. Very similar last name though.
ReplyDeleteProlly same guy. Cdg has us citizen members like el betito.
DeleteOscar Juraidini made an initial appearance before a federal magistrate judge Tuesday morning on the charges.
DeleteThe recently unsealed indictment accuses Juraidini of accepting a bribe from an inmate in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Institution Division, McConnell Unit, in December 2012.
He is also accused of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute marijuana in November 2012, court documents show.
The McConnell Unit is in Beeville, which is northwest of Corpus Christi.
Court documents show Juraidini worked as a guard at the prison.
**Brownsville Herald dated 2/26/13
Corruption in the RGV with some Judge Delgado in Edinburgh. Whats the difference between Mexico and RGV. None
ReplyDeleteThe difference is that in Tejas no amount of bribes compares to Mexican bribes in nexico, and that the prison guard or the judge will not be able to erect a toilet monument with their name on it, much less in "gold or gold leaf" and even less in prison or on the way out of their job...
DeleteOthers will have portraits made and hung in the whites' house forever thanks to Russian ties and billion dollar kickbacks.
There would be no CDG today without Texas...
ReplyDeleteWhat do they mean, ,the situation is worrying officials"? A cartel has infiltrated your fucking customs dept. DO SOMETHING you fuckin sheep!! Christ o' mighty!!
ReplyDeleteNo confidential or trustworthiness examinations for LE on the US, they have "Unions", they just "catch the unwanted". LOL.
DeleteInfiltrated my ass, it looks like the cartel, any cartel for that purpose gets absolutely and resolutely HIRED and kept a few degrees of separation away until some one facks up and peel have to wash their hands in public while killing everybody else in private and feeding the public tons of BS...
DeleteEvery official has a price! That's called U.S dollars!
