They assassinate blogger 'La Nana Pelucas' detractor of corruption in Guerrero

Vlogger/Blogger Pamika Montenegro, known in social media networks as the character she portrayed, “La Nana Pelucas”, [Nana Wigs] was shot dead on Monday inside her business, a restaurant located in the Costa Azul subdivision.

Two armed men entered the restaurant, asked for beers and then shot the political satire comedian, multiple times in the head, at close range.

As reported by Quadratín, the murder occurred around 7PM, when the victim was in the company of her husband, in their business called 'A Todos Los Santos Garnachería Gourmet', which is located 150 meters from Coastal avenue.

As of yet, authorities have not shared official information on the case.

Pamika liked to create videos with her character "La Nana Pelucas", where she criticized and interviewed several characters from the political world and social life from the port of Acapulco.

She was also part of the Club de Periodistas de Guerrero. Members are a group of blog and social media reporters reporting on political corruption, organized crime and criminality in Guerrero and specifically Acapulco.

Local media reports indicate that since 2016, Montenegro has been threatened with death, through narcomantas messages placed in different parts of the port, some messages accusing her and her husband,  Samuel Muñúzuri, having links to organized crime.

At that time, the messages also accused her of working as an informant for the government and administering the Acapulco website “Acapulco sin censura” [without censorship]  on Facebook's social network, from where she made anonymous accusations against alleged members of the gangs that dispute the streets of the port of Acapulco. The website became inactive after the narco mantas were displayed.

She publicly dissociated herself from the accusations and continued to play a character called  La Nana Pelucas .

Her character would often focus on the corruption in Guerrero and that of the PRI and PRD political parties.
