An armed confrontation between a group of assassins and municipal police
on Sunday night left nine dead in the state of Jalisco, in western Mexico,
local authorities reported Monday.
Eight gunmen and a
policeman lost their lives in the shooting, which occurred in the Jalostotitlán
region, the state's attorney general's office said in a statement.
Three other police
officers were injured.
The authorities
indicated that the police patrolling "when they were attacked by bullets
by a group of armed men who were manning two vehicles."
He added that the
police "repelled the attack with bullets against the armed men, shooting
down eight of them."
"We got off the
patrol to defend ourselves," a municipal police officer told AFP on
condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the press.
For its part, a witness
who avoided giving his name told AFP that "the bullets were heard
throughout the town, at times three were heard, four bullets and then heard as
gusts."
Jalisco, bastion of the
powerful Jalisco New Generation cartel, is the scene of frequent shootings with
antagonistic groups that even bury their victims in clandestine graves or hang
them on road bridges.
The eyes of the
international community have turned to this state after the disappearance of
three Italians on January 31 in the municipality of Tecalitlán.
Almost looks like the guy in the striped shirt has a head shot in one picture, but not the other. Did he get executed between pictures? Or is it just a bad picture? Sad that neither is really farfetched.
ReplyDeleteThink your right man.
Deleteso whats up with the pink boxers on both guys?
DeleteCartels do not ever try to hide their hits,
ReplyDelete--government "forces" do their farces to appeAR to be in Control
6:10 yes they do hide their hits like the kidnapped that had their ransoms paid and what about the tons of narco fosas everywhere?they only show their kills when sending a message like another piece of scum. The bad things they have done to innocents no.It would give them a bad reputation because they are after all there to clean the villa of extortionists, kidnappers and robbers, rapists, etc.
DeleteThe few times they exhibit their kills, the melitary always argue they was ambushed, but never have casualties unless it is from friendly fire, this is as suspicious as Tanhuato now known as A Crime of State.
DeleteJalisco New Generation is losing lots of their men, they want to conquer all Cartels, just like Hitler wanted to attack all the countries, but at the end he lost, Mexico does not need a powerful cartel.
ReplyDeleteNo planted guns?
ReplyDeleteWell one officer killed is enuff of a plant, if he did not get shot in the back he robably got shot on the front by friendly fire by accident, i'd bet these sicarios killed were surprised and not given one second of time to surrender until after they got executed, the usual with a dose of BS for a change.
Deleteomg that mencho
ReplyDeleteBullshit they killed those kids. Execution style. Look at all that gear planted here and there look at the radio next to the kid with the sweatshirt it should be stuck to the vest.
ReplyDeleteStfu Iive here I. Jalos where this shit happen this sicarios where real and they asked for it jalos police is one of the best in the state well this kids like you call them are killers
DeleteGood, execute all those rats. these people kill innocents all the time. blows my mind how you people defend this scum
Delete9:47 am speaks facts. Jalos has honest and pretty good police. These were not kids but sicarios who got what was coming to them. It’s the second attack on cops in two weeks there. It’s really sad because this place is relatively violence free.
Delete5:55 I think you lie, most sicarios know to not fight the government and surrender if given a chance, they don't just get steamrolled with bullets if that wasn't the idea.
DeleteWow, 8 dead and no mention of wounded. Another vctory for Mexican jurisprudence.
ReplyDeleteCJNG taking out the enemy
ReplyDeleteGive me a C, give me a J, Yeah, give me an N , and so on, and so on
DeleteCan someone help out an English speaker? Why are people from Michoacan called "Michoacanos" while residents of Durango are called "Duranguenses". Thanks.
ReplyDeletePeople from Mexico City are called "chilangos" or "DeFectuosos"
DeletePeople from Veracruz are called "jarochos" (from Xalapa, the capital - "xalapenyos"
People from Jalisco are called "tapatios"
Actually people from.durango are call alacranes and people from sinaloa gallos
DeleteIt’s like people from Texas being called Texan
Delete11:14 just on a corrido tonto, people from Sinaloa are called Sinaloas, sinaloenses or pleves. People from Durango are duranguences or alacranes...lol
DeleteI think everyone has missed 9:51’s point. He/She is asking why there is a difference in the state description. Duranguenses vs Michoacanos and not Durangocanos or Michoacánuese.
Delete5:31 nope 10:55 and 11:14 are correct that's the nicknames people from.those states got it not just a corridos alacranes and gallos thats their name
Delete10:33 too much corridos main... Never heard ANYBODY call a sinaloenses gallo, unless he's gay haha they call each other pleves, if you don't know Don't comment please!
DeletePeople from Qatar are being called Qatarii, irani, iraqui, turk, turkish, kurd, kurdish, russian or Fackastáni,
DeleteOr some people need to grow the fack up...
@7:10 Thanks, you nailed it.
DeleteI Love seeing CJNG on the ground dead
ReplyDeleteSon 20’s
DeleteIt's like calling a person from Florida a floridian and a person from Texas texan.
ReplyDeleteCjng got executed this guys are your normal elotero lipia pisos who get hired and put in the front lineas making them believe been part of cjng is something great but little they know they are targets
ReplyDeleteI don't have any sympathy for these guys. I can guarantee that some were wounded, and then executed by the officers. That is the only way to stop pest. I am sure these guys were disposal soldiers for the Sinaloa Cartel funded attempt to takeover the area. Most likely dispatched out of Teocaltiche on their failed mission. It is only a glimpse of what is to come.
ReplyDeleteIt says CJNG and you bring up Sinalo. You have problems
DeleteI’m from jalos and the dead are from cjng Sinaloa will take over altos de Jalisco again
DeleteThat’s what will hope out here
The article says Nueva Generación, but those scums are from the Sinaloa cartel. They are trying to take over the plaza. They don't mention that on any of the media outlets. It doesn't matter what cartel is in charge Mexico went to shit.
DeleteYou are right. These dead sicaros are from cartel sinoaloa and came from Teocaltitche. They are not CJNG. My wife works as a cop in Jalos so I know all the down low. CJNG controls Jalos plaza and works hand in hand with the Jalos police. Teocaltitche trying to take over.
DeleteCds will fail again, just like when they tried with Tamaulipas and Juarez
DeleteCjng is taking losses everywhere. Where in this article doesnit say this was CDS? the tweeker cartel is done, menso will be apprehended or blasted this year and jalisco will be free of tweeker michoacanos. The people of Jalisco prefer Sinaloenses believe that.
Delete6:45 you mad cuz cds ain't the it no more? They had their time but now are second to cjng. They would be foolish to think they can take that plaza from Mencho, that's his main plaza man, are you serious?... It's like when chapo sent his sicarios in a suicide mission to Tamaulipas! Nonsense..
DeleteCholos people taken out
ReplyDeleteThe article says cjng, cholo no rifa pa el tecato del menso
DeleteSo it took the disappearances of 3 Italian men to get the attention of international community to focus on what’s transpiring in Mexico?
ReplyDeleteGuess the hundreds of thousands didn’t wink an eye!
Unbelievable!
E42
6:35 ...and the worst part is that the eyetalians were very probably murdered by polesia nacional death squads bent on disarming and kicking the municipales out of the game, because there must be "Mando Unico" gestapo style KGB to secure the federal government's powers over "Their Slave Banana Republic".
DeleteBy now they have been expertly murdering "ambushers in every state of Mexico for a few years.
CJNG under estimated, the experience the Police has, and paid dearly, Cartel is getting killed by the truck load.
ReplyDeleteAny scoop on the 3 Italians, the corrupt police, that handed them to CJNG????Are they disappeared forever or still alive??????
ReplyDeleteCould this mean that Teocaltiche is taking over?
ReplyDeleteI don’t know what’s goin on but that’s not to far from Teocaltiche... where Sinaloa controls
ReplyDeleteE42 - Yeah, it pretty fuckin sad. Im always telling friends and family whats going on down in Mexico and they're all baffled at how bad it actually is, wondering why there isn't any media coverage here in the U.S.
ReplyDeletePhelpso
I wonder if the goverment of Jalisco put la fuerza unica Police base in this city? The goverment been inaugurating like 5 or 9 bases in a few cities of Jalisco. Including the goverment of Michoacan been doing that in a few cities for the Michoacan Police. Even Nayarit has their own police. But not sure if the Nayarit goverment is planing to put bases in the cities of that state.
ReplyDeleteEveryone thinking cjng taking l's
ReplyDeleteMenchos men getting killed everywhere.
ReplyDeleteI'm from huejuquilla el alto lots of golfo presence in jalisco
ReplyDeleteWhat’s up on the border of Zacatecas and Jalisco towards Teocaltiche?
ReplyDeleteWas out there in August of last year and seen a lot of trucks SUVs from Texas. My first impression was Golfos but did see some Z graffiti. Seem strange though
Those are cds ratas
ReplyDeleteThank you cjng cleaning up.
