Parácuaro, Michoacán.-
Federico Villegas García, alias "El Lico", a former member of the
armed civilian groups of the Tierra Caliente region of Michoacán, was shot and
killed during the night of Tuesday in Antúnez, of the municipality of
Parácuaro.
According to the
security report, an armed commando entered the town of Antúnez where he
intercepted "El Lico" and one of his escorts, César Ventura Delgado
Calderón "El Turicas", to whom they fired several shots of a firearm.
At the site, Ventura
Delgado lost his life, while Federico Villegas was transferred to a hospital in
the city of Apatzingán, where he also died.
In 2014, Federico
Villegas was president of Antúnez Self-Defense Council; later, he became part of the Rural Force, a police force
established by the former Commissioner for the Security and Integral
Development of Michoacán, Alfredo Castillo Cervantes.
In January 2015,
"El Lico" was arrested and charged with the crime of carrying weapons
for the exclusive use of the Army, however, a month later he was released. Upon
his return to Tierra Caliente after his brief imprisonment, "El
Lico", together with the Sierra Santana brothers, formed the delinquent
group La Nueva Familia Michoacana.

What happen was he lost la plaza to cjng so el gordo sent people to kill him and soon this will start happening more often it’s obouse el gordo is throwing swing at the government and blaming them for all the killings by doing the Same thing as la tuta and making videos but in reality he is trying to keep his last plazas that remain in his control he’ll eather be killed or captured in the next 3 months and all his people will join forces with cjng
