The rapper "QBA" confesses to dissolving the three missing film students in acid

Chivis Martinez for Borderland Beat from Radio Formula

Authorities describe him as "a member of Cartel Jalisco New Generation"

The singer known as QBA, Christian Omar "N", is one of those involved in the murder of the three students of the Audiovisual Media University (CAAV) who disappeared on March 19 in Tonalá, Jalisco.

The young man, who identified himself as a rapper, would have collaborated in the disappearance of film students as well as the disappearance of their bodies by dissolving them in hydrochloric acid, according to the Attorney General of the State of Jalisco.

According to the authorities cited by the newspaper Mural, the two detainees, Omar "N" and Gerardo "N", confessed that they had collaborated  in  the chemical process of the disappearance of the bodies in a Tonala estate, which was searched in past days.

The students were confused by members of the New Generation Jalisco Cartel with others from the opposing group known as the Nueva Plaza Cartel.
Omar "N" had a YouTube channel that has 121,297 subscribers so far; his songs were about violence and drugs, even in one of his videos shows a man tied hands, his head covered and bloodied while trying to break free, in the end he is set afire..
In total, the Prosecutor's Office is targeting 8 people who at least participated in the disappearance of the three young people, of whom only two have been arrested; both were linked to the process on Monday.

Who is the rapper?

On his Facebook page there are posters of festivals like the Rap Fest 664 in Tijuana , which will be held on April 29, where he was to appear as the main guest. A day before I would have a presentation in Mexicali, also in the state of Baja California.

He also promotes different brands of clothing that make clothes characteristic of the world of rap.

"I do not have a pact with death but I do not believe in God either, I'm not a homie, I'm a believer. Let the band sound," he posted on the social network on December 1, 2017.

Both he and Gerardo, identified as a member of the CJNG.

  14. If they had half a brain they would learn from the mafia. Or even learn from Chapo. These "new generation" cartels are complete morons. No one is living well with these gruesome torturing and embarassibg obsessive materialism. The world needs to go to war with these monkey clowns. US is far more impacted by cartel than the middle east... too many fentanyl deaths... Time for US to solve the problem.

  15. Poor guy, who can guarantee that he didnt get a confession beat out of him... my parents know a family in Chihuahua who had a son involved with Gente Nueva, marines beat a fake confession out of his 65yr old dad because they couldn't find the culprit and no one knew where he was.. if the mexican authorities are capable of doing such thing to the elderly.. what wouldn't they do to get a confession out of this poor soul ... i hope he is the one responsible for the sake of everyone involved.. but then again this is Mexico.. y como Mexico no hay dos!

  21. This strategy of targeting a few top guys is a complete failure. Time to target the sicarios that do these crimes and kill as many as possible on the spot. This guy should be summarily executed. You don't put mad dogs in leaky jails, you shoot them.

  26. It's a story well put together by the government & with a little bit of help from the Fake News outlets people buy it without questioning it. If Joaquín López Dóriga reported it, its true. Hell it's no secret to the world that Mexicos police will torture people with plastic bags and suffocate a guilty admittance. So it's nice of BB to report and translate articles for those that don't read spanish BUT it's important to remind the readers how the police conduct interviews or interrogations. Don't be mislead and think things out before making a comment and condemning someone based the determination of a corrupt government.

    1. problem with your opinion he did not confess to murder as he said "I only dissolved the bodies" in other words not a big deal, he did not kidnap or murder. the bodies were found dissolving in their home, which I had a foto of and now can't find.

if it was a false confession...which one day he may say, the gob would have had the two confess for the murder not disposal of bodies. that crime is far less and he shouldn't spend much time behind bars unless he is link to the murder.
