I think we should rename this guy.... “El Houdini”.
Juan José Farías, alias
'El Abuelo”, who the government says is a lieutenant in C.J.N.G. was arrested/detained
last Sunday. I am writing a post about
his history of evading justice since 1998 with four arrests and four releases
without conviction. In one arrest he had 127 kilos of mota with him, yet he was released.
And now..he is once
again released after spending three days in prison. I will have to change the title of my post
from four arrests to five catch and release arrests.
Farias was released
this morning after the court ruled the Attorney General's Office only proved
the crime of illegal possession of a weapon, and not the other two charges of drug
trafficking and malicious homicide.
His supporters protested his arrest |
In a hearing that took
place in the Criminal Justice Center of the Federal Criminal Court of El
Altiplano, which concluded this morning, the judge ordered the release of El
Abuelo saying his detention was illegal. According to sources, he is already with his family.
There were citizen
protests in Tepalcatepec after the arrest of Farias, also blockades and the burning
of vehicles. He was driving in his truck
accompanied by his wife and grandson when stopped and arrested by the Mexican
Navy [Marina].
As soon as the announcement
of his release was made, hundreds of people began gathering at the town square
to await his arrival.
Mariachis and his supporters welcome him home...Video below

That's gangsta
ReplyDeleteThat’s corruption not gangsta!
DeletePinche bola de estupidos ( government ).
And to think the ignorance of citizens protesting his arrest and behaving like fools.
Like I tell my son; discrimination comes upon us due to the ignorance of others of our race.
Not judging one who we are in life or accomplishments but from the stupidity of others.
Next time shoot his ass case closed!
E42
Naa thats gangsta!!
DeleteYupp that's gangsta alright. E42 is hating
DeleteE42, yup It’s corruption, but corruption at its finest, who ever gets release ASAP 5 times when everyone knows your in the game I agree with 12:12 and call that Gangsta!!!
DeleteIs Abuelo the Mexican version of gotti? LoL
Where I'm from we say "U that man is snitchin"
DeleteHope you say that's gangster when his goons kill your family
DeleteE42 is a hater. Gangsta as all hell Abuelo!
DeleteTell me mencho ain’t got no pull, if his lieutenant can come and go as he pleases
DeleteSo are they going to celebrate when mencho get caught this year lol
ReplyDeleteMencho is a different case...the US wants him BAD, and that changes the game. When Chapo is captured then extradited within 12 months, what do you think will happen to Mencho? El Abuelo is small time compared to both Mencho and Chapo; Abuelo controls a few municipalities, that’s it. Marina probably got everything they wanted out of him anyways, God knows a few days of the old “plastic bag-over-the-head” treatment could break anyone.
DeleteWhat r u talking about changing the game ? Only the name's change but the game doesn't .CJNG 2014-2018 they MADE there BED NOW LAY IN IT
DeleteRelly, yu think?
DeleteHeads are going to roll if they keep poking this elephant in the ass, I mean in the room...
--Zheli Ye Gone is back in Mexico but in prison, since he was gone others misabused the friendliness by stealing his business of speed and meth, "Copelas o Cuello", I remember people promoting Fen-Fen as a better helper to lose weight.
los usa como hotel las caeceles jajaja
ReplyDeleteHard to believe with kilos and kilos of dope when caught!Definitly more than an amount for personal use!I'm sure he had to let those kilos go to be released.Sounds like him being caught was only an extortion ploy so probably in this case no pressure from DEA and why is Mexico only offering $180,000 for Mencho and USA $5 million?
ReplyDeleteEl Ricky Monrial got cogido con 14.5 tons de DRIED grifa, in Fresnillo Zacatecas on his Chile drying plant and he is one of the great politicians in Mexico rite now, on Mexico city, after being a major, governor, senator, federal deputy and i'm sure dreams of the presidency.
Delete--And you se cagan, i mean shit your shorts for a 200 kilo load?
Have some dignity, please...
12:12 PM That's freaking stupid*. The Mexican government loves to decry Cartel violence, but does nothing to put an end to these ridiculous loopholes that time and time again criminals use to evade justice. How hard can it be for the government to amend the constitution, legalize capital punishment, and start trying teens who have committed violent crimes as adults with real prison time. Or does anyone have a better idea? Business closing down left and right due to insecurity, when will it end? Or should we give rapists, kidnappers, and murderers amnesty? Then it'll all be a-ok?
ReplyDeleteBecause the DEA only wants Mencho and el PRI needs someone to run their cartel. Theyll turn in Mencho eventhough they dont want to but already got a few guys in mind to put in the front seat and this guy might be one of them.
DeleteNot hard at all to amend the constitution. Rather, not benefiting to those corrupt officials!
DeleteIt’s truly simple if the desire to do so were there!
And to think AMLO is considering amnesty for these criminals! A predictable win for the presidency will mean a disaster for its citizens. Moreover, a “WALL” from those who truly believe in America’s interests ( morally speaking).
E42
2:22 Yupp
DeleteLooks to me like someone snitched and it wasn’t chapó this time
ReplyDeleteHahaha I see what you did there
DeletePhelpso
Money talks and El Abuelo walks!
ReplyDeleteNo doubt the judge having received the offer of "lead or silver" took the silver. Corruption at its worst!
DeleteSorry Mayo Zambada your money aint no good down here. Not anymore anyway. 85 ready to take over no sinaloas gonna touch this territory ever again. Ask Ivans cousin oops he got killed in Jalisco.
ReplyDeleteSinaloa was there but buying from the independent mini cartels but after el mas loco, la Tuta and el chango created la familia that's when michoacanos made their big cartels
DeleteSo the cheerleading begins.
DeleteBig ?
DeleteCJNG Cheerleaders with pink pom poms? Such lames lmao
DeleteSimple it wasn't Mencho who took them it was the Beltrans son and Damaso who took them. Why they didn't kill them that is another issue that we don't know.
DeleteEl Abuelo has the Absolute Right to Pardon Himself.
DeleteHow about that mis loconas?
--It may sound different depending on the criminal talking...
Dr. Mireles went to jail for pointing a chicken wing while Abuelo is freed on a gun possession charge.
ReplyDeleteEl guagüelo es Fuersaz Rurales,
DeleteAnd the dope wasn't his, "he gat wisnesses"
so there.
Probably EPN got a call from El Mencho,El Mencho spoke to him like he did on the recorded police officer phone call.lmao
ReplyDeleteLmaooo
Deletekeep dreaming ur little skinny tweaker idol is that powerful. He cant even get rid of Marro and El Cholo in his own state. Mencho has no power anymore, Marro is taking over.
DeleteEl cholo isn’t even in Jalisco he left when the beef started and hires tweakers to do the dirty jobs
DeleteEl marro is dead lmao
Delete"Por lejos que te vayas,
DeleteUn dia te alcanzare,
el Mundo no es my grande
Y al fin te encontraré..."
Pedro Infante, el Sinaloense Saluda a Los capos Escondidos
@6:29 PM Sure wish I was skinnier, but a tweaker/drug user no.I am very fast with my hands and can defend myself very nicely either by knife, guns,or 1 on 1. Was raised to believe "If you man enough to say it Once, then you should be man enough to say it Twice."
DeleteEl Maro is just another Chess piece on the board waiting to be moved, then jumped and taken out of the game.No biggie
By the way, dreams do come true if you go after them and don't blame others for your own failure of a life.
@4:08, think they are talking about the one from GTO. 🤔
DeleteOrrr.. He provides information to the DEA... Ever thought of that? I did.
ReplyDeleteLa vela
He would've gave up mencho already if that were the scenario, ever thought of that?
DeleteWill AMLO walk the walk as he promises or will he become like the rest? Hopefully Mexico might get an honest president--even if he is a socialist leaning communist.
DeleteHe already did he got release cuase there are all ready on menchos ass in nayarti.ever thought off thag
DeleteDoubt he snitched, too obvious to snitch and run out of jail in 3 days. He knows the game, probably has some serious dirt on some politicos and used it as a bargaining chip.
Delete4:41 after the "capitalista system" has bankrupted Mexico so many times with their wars sober and on drugs and all their facking puppets, I think the Mexican have earned the right to elect whoever the fack they want to elect without pendejo propaganda and accusations of socialism and communism.
DeleteEducation, health, protection from a corrupt government and a government that serves the people instead of itself and their masters is just a legitimate aspiration and needs no malicious comments and accusations.
And then they wonder why AMLO is ahead in the polls.

ReplyDeleteJust like the U,S has a lot of distractions but there is no such thing as a country without curruption. The government made the laws and they are the only ones that can break them
Delete6:00 the US is proof that some people chose to break the laws even before declaring their candidacies...and more so after they get the Power...
Delete6:14 "nobody is above the law"
DeleteOn the US, not even Presidents dreaming of "pardoning themselves", LOL
I smell a RAT
ReplyDeleteIf he was arrested ILLEGALLY it only makes sense that the judge ordered his immediate release. Same would of happened in the US regardless if everyone knows he’s an active cartel member you can’t illegally arrest someone.
ReplyDeleteVery true I've seen in news here in the US, criminals being released after a drug bust because the officers didnt have a search warrant.
DeleteSo the military weapon, he was caught with is not illegal? Worked for a bribe.
Delete7:32 Fuersaz Rurales representing the government
Deletecan't do no wrong no way anyway, José.

ReplyDeleteThe fuck out of here with that self degrading bullshit.
DeleteThat is how you fell about it not me or most Mexicans. If you are Mexican you do what you fell you need to do to come up we as a people we lost everything we had. Most of us didn't have the benefits most others did so people do what they must. A Narco to some people is a President to others a Pistolero to some is a Soldiers to others.
The people of Tepaltepec love the person that has prevented that town from becoming a crime ridden place full of druggies, robbers, extortions ect.
El Abuelo Farias contrary to most others Narcos never extorted anyone or robbed them blind instead he invested in his area. Its too obvious why they respect him he most likely employees many in that town and he doesn't have them all killing and executing anyone just defending his town that man hasn't expanded in 25 years he has always been where he is.
8:02 stfu... The hell you mean most mexicans dont feel that way. No self respecting Mexican looks at a narco as a president, and no self respecting Mexican looks at a pistolero as a soilder! You must high as a kite! Gtfoh with your glorification of any of these scum. Mexicans need to stand up and raise like we once did. Take back our pride and our culture. We grew up poor as can be, not once did we look up to any criminals! Our parents did the right thing. Poor and humble and raised us to be honest and hard working.
Delete5:50 Mexicans sure do not deserve to be encapsulated in a stupid commenter's comment, and you don't get to exact even onee brick for your stupid comment...
DeleteI mean i'd give you two or three bricks on the head for being such a dumb ass...
You are absolutely right people here don’t understand how bad things got there for a while. Abuelo cleaned up the town and maintained the peace. If you are going to be mad at someone be mad at the shitty government that can’t defend it’s citizens. It is left to people like Abuelo to keep the order. How could you blame the people of this tow for welcoming him back. When the CT rulled the town they kidnapped young girls and raped them complete lawlessness. What would you prefer if this happened in your town?
DeleteEl Abuelo Farias is one of the few narcos who cares about his people its pretty obvious. By President and Soldiers I was specifically speaking about Tepaltepec. I have never seen anyone treated the way he was treated not Trump not Obama not Pena Nieto. He doesn't need thousands of bodyguards next to him.
DeleteHe has his community to defend him because he has earned it.
You speak about Pride, Culture hard work ect. What culture the made up one or the one the people who broke us wrote? Living in another country that faced the same fate because it was easier is that pride celebrating and speaking a borrowed language is that culture?
When have Mexicans risen up? Villa, Zapata ,Morelos, Hidalgo, Juarez? Those five individual did rise up and the people that followed them but what about the majority of Mexicans?
@9:36
DeleteIt’s a shame that idolizing a narco rather than those true community leaders has resulted in a confusion of principles. An infestation of immoral behavior!
E42
9:36 many mexican soldiers love their grifa and their military brass love their share of the drug trafficking, money from which also flows up to ministers, governors and presidents all the way up to the US itself but mainly to powerful banksters that launder it for US businessmen that have been fined hundreds of millions of dollars for the money laundering alone
DeleteReally 5:29, villa ,zapata and on the same coment as any of these scum poor xcuse of life people. Stop consuming/abusing and idolizing these lames.
DeleteMexican drug trafficking politicians have been elected to the office of the mexican presidency for a while, or just fingered by the powers that be on the US at the time, like mariguano borracho Victoriano Huerta after the 1910 Mexican Revolushon.
DeleteJalisco tiene nuevo dueños .somos la "Nueva Plaza"!
ReplyDelete6:31 yeah, sure bato, but if you don't pay your 10 pesos diarios to the Municipal Plaza fees collector like any other tortilla vendor you won't last on your corner, aaight?
DeleteViagras getting shit on by the Former Plaza boss of Paracuaro these past 4 days.
ReplyDeleteUn voto per E42. E42 per il presidente!
ReplyDelete8:56 no pinchis mames güey.
DeleteE42 reminds me of Oscar de la Ghetto...
DeleteIt’s possible abuelo snitched for his freedom si me embargo everyone snitches
ReplyDeleteHey I predicted this one, his Cartel henchmen, brought a suitcase full of money, paid the bribe. He had a military weapon with him, when caught. Had it been a regular civilian he would get jail time. Pay the bribe, gets out of jail.
ReplyDelete7:23 lookihere Pinchi Mostradamus:
DeleteJuersaz Ruralez have weapons permits, ok? They also were selected from high above, by Alfredo Castillos de Kagada's own personal Cuban Santera and SEXOTHERAPISTA...
--Not even the Donal' has one of those, boy.
He has the Michoacan police guarding him with AKs, that's gangsta

DeleteThe Government failed in Michoacán when policía comunitaria had to restore order in Michigan
ReplyDeleteWow the Policia Comunitara is in Michigan too, hope they take out, those hoodlums out and off welfare.
DeleteOh well they will have to kill him . Hope they can avoid shooting through his hands when he is giving up again . Would be a dead give away
ReplyDeleteComandante perro has been sent by mayo to cleaning Jalisco of CJNG, CDG, ZETA and people of colored toe nails.

ReplyDeleteMexican Law at its finest hour...
ReplyDeleteThose were some fat ass cuts everyone got again for the 5th time, money talks gentlemen.... money officially worth more than life in Mex
ReplyDeleteThat's the whole 🌎
DeleteWow 5 time he is released from arrest. A suitcase filled of US currency, to the jail delivered by Cartel hoodlums, is what keeps him out, Mexican government at it's finest.
ReplyDeleteAbuelo, send us the care packs por favor. Chicken feed is getting outrageously expensive.
ReplyDeleteThis dude is a snitch. Nueva Plaza is taking over Guadalajara already with menso running for his life now. The tweeker regime is over in Jalisco back to michoacan you tweekers go.
ReplyDeleteEasier said than done, not anytime soon.
