CHIHUAHUA.- In response to a report received in the 911 emergency system, elements of the State Security Commission located and detained four alleged members of a criminal group, calling themselves Cartel Del Tigre, arresting them with long weapons and ammunition.
The police action was recorded on the road section that leads to the town of Lázaro Cárdenas, where the uniformed officers asked the driver of a vehicle, Ibiza line, of recent model, to stop the car for an inspection.
During the inspection and after the state agents were fully identified, high-caliber weaponry was located inside the trunk of the vehicle.
KkThe agents secured: three AK.47 caliber 7.62 x 39mm long guns, known as goat horns, (cuernos de chivos)
Through analysis in the police and information systems of the CES, it was possible to obtain information that the vehicle in which the alleged criminals were traveling had a theft report.
The four detainees identified as Efraín VB, Adrián MC, José MJ and Homero HA, as well as the secured, were placed at the disposition of the Attorney General's Office in the subdelegation of the Zona Occidente in the city of Cuauhtémoc, the authority that will carry out the investigatory.
