Luis Alberto Blanco
Flores aka, "El Pelochas", identified as one of the leaders of the
Gulf Cartel (CDG) and one of the alleged perpetrators of the violence in the
state of Tamaulipas, was arrested early Thursday morning in northern Mexico.
The capture was made in
the Rioja, south of Monterrey, by elements of the State Agency of
Investigations (AEI) with support from the Federal Gendarmerie Police. He will
be transferred to Ciudad Victoria, in Tamaulipas where he has an arrest warrant
for extortion and criminal association.
He was arrested twice
in the United States , the first was released on bail and after the second time
he was deported but then released by the Mexican government.
In February of 2017 it had been reported that he had died during a shooting, reported on national television, but in August of that year he appeared in a confrontation against the Army, in Tamaulipas.
The Gulf Cartel
disputes the territory of Tamaulipas with Los Zetas and the two criminal
organizations have been blamed for the violence that exists in this state.

The miguel Aleman CDG is being attacked by CDN from Nuevo Laredo. I think CDN smells blood and Knows the rest of CDG won't help in the fight. Matamoros will wait until CDN wears down Miguel Aleman CDG and then they will Sent the same group that busted through Rio Bravo and Reynosa kicking Pelochas and Betito Out, Los Escorpiones, Special forces with mounted 50 cal and heavily armored SUV's.

DeleteThere is chatter about there being a traitor in Miguel Aleman who worked with CDN and that is why there were shootouts. CDN have apparently tried to enter Metro Alfa 8 times this year. I don't think it is so easy to take any city these days as the military tactics of old days have been adopted by everyone. I think the only way is with internal splits, like Reynosa, and money.
