Video: 6 Decapitated bodies with a message from El H2 discovered in Creel

Elements of the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) Zona Occidente, confirmed the finding of six decapitated bodies at the exit of the community of Creel towards San Juanito.

Authorities say this was a retaliatory action due to the rivalry of antagonistic groups of organized crime in the region.

It was learned that the bodies were found at a gas station near the road to Creel.

The victims were also wrapped in black blankets, apparently were killed during the early morning.

At the site a cardboard message of orange color was found, with reference to the rivalry of groups of the crime, informed the Office of the public prosecutor.

 The message was sent presumably by the criminal leader César Daniel Manjarrez Alonso aka El H2.

Who are the "H"?

First, last May, elements of the Army and the Federal Police arrested in Namiquipa, Carlos Arturo Quintana, alias "El 80" leader of the Juárez Cartel and his criminal cell "La Línea".

Then, in August, military and federal officers also captured Julio César Olivas Torres in Ciudad Juárez, "El Sexto", considered successor to "El 80".

While in June, Eduardo Ravelo Rodríguez, "El Tablas", leader of another of the criminal cells of the Juarez Cartel, "Los Aztecas", was captured in Michoacán.

The power vacuum has not only been occupied by a criminal boss, but by a family of drug traffickers.

                                                                                                                                                           

This is the "H" formed by the Manjarrez Alonso, who call themselves the New Cartel of Juarez/Nuevo Cártel de Juárez.

Several are from the Chihuahuan municipalities from which they operate: Namiquipa, Carichi, Uruachi, Bocoyna, Basasseachi, Yepachi and San Juanito.

Formed by several young people of the Manjarrez Alonso family, its identified leader is César Daniel Manjarrez Alonso, "El H2".

This criminal group has shown its fidelity to both criminal cells that dominate the Juarez Cartel, as well as to the best years of the organization when it was led by Amado Carrillo, "The Lord of the Skies".

At first, this criminal family identified itself as "La Línea del 80" people, in reference to Carlos Arturo Quintana.

In addition, they use as an Aztec sun symbol, due to their alliance with "Los Aztecas", and the number 727 in reference to the model of the planes owned by  "The Lord of the Skies".

Beyond drug trafficking, mainly marijuana and cocaine, the Nuevo Cartel de Juárez is dedicated to the illegal logging of trees in the mountains and theft of wood.

Its main enemies are the "Gente Nueva” criminal cell of the Sinaloa Cartel.

"El H2" is accused of kidnapping and murdering Cipriano "Pano" Escárcega, father of Julio César Escárcega Murillo, alias "Tigre", leader of said armed wing.

The New Cartel of Juarez has received a heavy blow, as César Daniel Manjarrez Alonso, "El H 2", considered the leader of the criminal family, was arrested.

In retaliation, the New Juarez Cartel ambushed a State Police patrol by incinerating two uniformed officers, two others died and six were injured.

Other leaders of the "H" are identified as Homero Manjarrez Alonso, "El H7", and José Alfredo Manjarrez Alonso, "El Harry".

Although diminished by its old war against the Sinaloa Cartel, the activities of the Juarez Cartel place it as one of the most dangerous criminal organizations.

According to the Attorney General's Office (PGR), its presence is only in Chihuahua, which lessens  its criminal domain.
