The body of a murdered
man was found wrapped with black bags over the channel of the Huacapa River, in
the Benito Juárez neighborhood of the city of Chilpancingo.
According to information
from the authorities, the deceased was Germain "N" from
approximately 30 to 35 years of age, officially taxi driver. He had been abducted
on Monday afternoon north of the capital, at the point known as "Tierras
Prietas".
The finding occurred
around 06:30 in this morning, under the vehicular bridge that crosses Vicente
Guerrero boulevard and Autopista del Sol, in front of the Benito Juárez market
and the bus terminal.
After an anonymous call
to the 911 emergency number, elements of the State Police went to the site,
then locating the body and cordoned off the area.
The victim was
completely wrapped with black bags sealed with transparent tape, and next to
the body his victimizers left a piece of cardboard reading "this will happen
to all those who charge a quota", a message that was signed by "La Emprresa”

So the Taxi Driver was charging extortion. Therefore got killed by pheasant's or cartel?
