Either dea infiltrated or people are betraying mencho, cause it's hard to get pictures like that, the first time I seen la tuta in late 2011, he was cool shook our hands and asked our names and what ranch we were from and from what famaly, we told him and said ok, then I told him how I always seen him in the internet, so I asked him for a picture and right away he said that he doesn't like pictures, after that I seen him 2 more times but never asked him again, he was a gentleman, not a killer or would extortion people, or a rapist, I'm not a cheerleader for no cartel, im just saying what I seen with my own eyes the 3 times I seen him

As Chivis has stated Mencho pays the Muni,state and federal cops well. Mayo pays the politicians, military. IMO, the Zambadas have more "clout", and seem to be more respected by the people. Mencho uses fear and intimidation to his gain. This is effective in Mexico. However, now that the US has stepped up to get him, it's game over. Even if Sicario 006 flipped sides to Mencho, with all his Delta trained buddies, CJNG has no chance. Shoulda stayed in his lane. Notice how this new reward and indictment unsealing came right after the new NAFTA deal?? US, Canada, and Mexico renewed their contract with CDS....pretty obvious. JMO
