"El Vidal "N", head of a criminal group that operated in Los Cabos, is related to the forced disappearance and murder of two young women and possibly a man found dead near them, in legal terminology : the material author of the crime.
"El Vidal" was arrested in Culiacan, Sinaloa on Friday Nov 3. The girls bodies were discovered along with a man known only as Pedro, buried on the outskirts of San Jose del Cabo near the end of October.
This Wednesday, Nov 7 , in the Justice Center of San José del Cabo, the Public Prosecutor managed to have the Control Judge determine exceptional preventive detention against the accused for the disappearance of Jhoselyn and Yesenia "N", of 18 and 16 years in San José del Cabo, so he was interned in the CERESO of that municipal seat.
During the continuation of the Hearing that was conducted under the rules of the National Code of Criminal Procedures, the agent of the Public Ministry of the Investigation Unit of Forced Disappearance of Persons, provided test data that allowed the Control Judge to link to process and establish precautionary measures against a person of the male sex who was related as an accused in an investigation folder, for facts that the Law indicates as a crime of enforced disappearance of individuals by private individuals.
According to the Investigation Folder, on October 12 of the current year in the El Zacatal neighborhood, "El Vidal" forced the girls , Jhoselyn and Yesenia , aged 18 and 16, to get into his car.
Therefore, the agent of the Public Prosecutor of the Unit for the Investigation of the Crime of Forced Disappearance of Persons, initiated the Investigation Folder, requested the arrest warrant that agents of the Ministerial Police completed on Friday, November 2 in San José del Cabo, leaving it at the disposal of the Social Representative, who at the hearing on Wednesday managed to have the Control Judge link him to the process and determine exceptional preventive detention.
The PGJE reiterates its commitment to carry out actions that give certainty to the rule of law to put people who transgress the legal order at the disposal of the corresponding authority, with respect to their human rights.

Wonder what else he did besides killing them.
ReplyDeleteTook them for a meal?
DeleteGave em a ride in his uber-cool Mazda
Deleteso, he was just being arrested and they already sentenced him at 50 years?
ReplyDeleteOne or two amparos later he will be out again
DeleteProbably the fastest judiciary sentencing given to anyone in Mexico's history.
ReplyDeleteThis incident just occurred within the month.
Usually legalities can take years before a judgment is made.
Yes, unbelievable , plus they caught him so soon after in Culiacán; something is definetly fishy, ie , IMO , someone wants this guy out of the loop, dead, or to run something from that prison.
DeleteThey have him in custody how do they not know his fucking name??
ReplyDeleteCuando vas por la vida muy chiles. Con todo por delante. Y de repente...surcos! Te atascaron con 50 años por guey. Asuu madre. - Sol Prendido
ReplyDeleteFair and speedy trial 😂
ReplyDeleteArrested, convicted and sentenced. Mexican justice means he will be released shortly due to impunity and immunity to continue to mass murder Mexican citizens. In a few months to a year he will be on the streets murdering more people.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts as well. He got sentenced real quick it only means some of his rights got violated. Which means sentence is ilegal and Free on a "tecnicality".
DeleteWhatever about this motherfuckers trial and the speed of it..
ReplyDeleteBottom line TWO YOUNG GIRLS were strewn like rubbish in a shallow grave.Fuckin 16 years old,i dont give a fuck what she may or may not have done,it probably wasnt that heavy, but to do that to them.Yeah man many of us can kill,el vidal, fuckin scurryin little rat
May he be forgotten quicker than the poor bastard found dead with those girls.
DeleteWhat the fuck are you talking about "you don't give a fuck what they did" it's not like they're too young to have murdered someone at 16 years old. Or if they associated with men who were sicarios then they definitely had it coming!
DeleteYeh because at 16 no girls are ever naive and hang around exiting 'badboys'for the cool factor. Most don't end up dead though. You telling me these girls didn't just make a mistake as younguns?
DeleteTrying to tell me you would be worried about this fuckin hard mans human rights ? 16,proper dudes arent down with shit like this.If she set someone up to be killed, kidnapped, whatever, killing her for that?
ReplyDeleteIm old fashioned like that,i balk at the thought of killing or hurting young girls.Us dudes, fuck us,the more the merrier, some positively need killin, like this fuckin perro

Delete“Trying to tell me you would be worried about this fuckin hard mans human rights ?”
I wouldn’t. In fact, if he has some of his human rights still intact, i would gladly be their violator. I wouldn’t even need to be paid, i’d do it for free.

They have not yet been sentenced to 50 years, or to anything at all. Read the article carefully: the judge has ordered them into preventive detention, which means that he will face prosecution from jail. The reporter implied that he received a sentence of 50 years, but that is the sentence that may be imposed if he is found guilty. In short, the judge found that there was enough incriminating evidence to justify keeping the defendant in jail for a longer period than usual rather than allow him to go free until he goes to jail.
ReplyDeleteTodo por andar caliente...
ReplyDeleteReal tuff guy murdering 16 year old girls.
ReplyDeleteAnyone know the backstory on why they were killed? Damn shame, even if they hung out with "bad boys" they didn't deserve this. I'd feel worse killing a fly then killing the person who did this
