This is a few days old
but some of you probably did not hear of these events subsequent to the body of
“El Gafe” was discovered hanging.
The prison guards were
shot dead in two different incidents.
Two of them were shot as they boarded a public transportation bus. The other guard was shot, while he was riding
in a van.
The three men were
attacked after finishing their work shift at Centro de Ejecucion de Sanciones [Cedes],
in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. Just hours after Juan Alfonso
“N”, alias El Gafe or Chucho was found hanging in his cell.
The first attack occurred
at approximately 8:30 am on Wednesday, in front of the Cedes on route13. The
guards were shot by two armed men. They
guards were pronounced dead at the scene.
Simultaneously to the
gun attack of these two guards, a report came into authorities regarding a
third guard being shot and killed while driving his van in the San Marcos
area. He was taken still alive to the
hospital but later died.
