Chihuahua: High level officials paid to go after Gente Nueva, allowing La Linea to control the state

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat

A ex-policeman of Cuauhtémoc, accuses alleged acts of corruption committed by high security commanders in the state, including the governor, reported the Chihuahua Daily and El Diario.

The publications mention that the  state of Chihuahua attorney general,   Prosecutor César Peniche, [at left] the commissioner Óscar Aparicio and Gov. Javier Corral, receive 5 million pesos per month [apx 250k usd] for operating against the 'Nueva Gente” cartel, a Sinaloa Cartel armed group that seeks to take control of the region. He establishes that there are at least 8 subjects who pay the authorities to 'clean' the city.

Sergio Paes, 'Flaco Paes', René Rojo, 'El Bolas', 'El soldado', Jacobo, Neufeld, 'El Master' and Ulises Castillo.

Within the list, there are at least two businessmen of the municipality, owners of a hotel and various businesses located in the commercial corridor.

He confesses that he (himself) dressed in civilian clothes, complied with the order to 'raze' the super 8 located on Aldama Street in the Manzanera region. "The instruction was to kill all the people who were there that night, they scolded us and they paid us half for not having executed anyone."

He points out that the State Police will withdraw when the La Linea Cartel is killing members of the GN.

The publications end by insuring that state elements were paid 50,000 pesos to kidnap,  videotape, and kill  Jesús Andrade Chagoya, 24,  a former municipal policeman who was found dead on October 31.

    9. Linea didn’t fight off any military .. they ran like cockroaches and left the Aztecas to do any fighting .. La Linea has killed many innocent ppl in chihuas trying to regain control that they never had to begin with .. Sinaloa cartel has been in Chihuahua for decades quit talking about an invasion when half of Sinaloa cartel and gente Nueva are from chihuas pendejo

4:33 PM NO, im not a sicario/narco culture idiot. I am a Chihuahuense that lives in chihuahua and ALL this mess started because the cds and their buddies came to chihuahua La Linia/CDJ did not go to their states THEY CAME HERE and now theirs crime everywhere this is the fault of cds and their big daddy the federal goc/military

6:30 PM NO La Linea did not directly confront the force of 10,000 feds and soldiers, in a war of attrition that's completely idiotic, not even the drug addicts in the cds would be dumb enough to do that so why would La Linea

      Delete
    11. @7:20 speaking the truth....cds has always been there and even the true leadership of the Juarez cartel were from navolato, SINALOA originally....people are dumb

      Delete
    12. 8:58 PM ORIGINALLY The Juarez cartel was started by Pablo Acosta Villarial "el Zorro De Ojinaga" and he even mentored that traitor carrillo from navolato sinaloa that eventually stabbed him in the back to Take control of the Juarez Cartel! Yes 8:58 PM people are stupid

  4. The state and municipal governments wised up. Its better to have La Linea (mostly Chihuahuense) than the cds (outsiders from sinaloa/sonora/durango) outsiders commit all kinds of other crimes steal from pecan farmers/ cars / kidnapping/ rape / extortion etc.

Its not their home city/state so they feel like they can do whatever they want, they where/are wrong and that's why they will never have the Chihuahuenses support and if you don't have the peoples support then you lose. why do you think that in over a decade of fighting, ""the most powerful cartel"" has not won the war for Chihuas???? Keep in mind that the cds had military and federal gov support from u.s and mexico

    5. carrillo betrayed Pablo Acosta Villarreal El Zero de ojinaga and then him and the fed he payed to kill Pablo took over the Juarez cartel. Treasonous snakes, just like chapito is

    6. Carrillos hardly matter in Chihuahua anymore. Stop with the Sinaloan crap. The only Sinaloans I, respect are thr honest working individuals not drug dealers.

    2. These accusations are from CDS. Corral isn’t working with any cartel. Corral is just incorruptible to CDS and they are losing territory. So they would rather attempt to remove him and have someone they can corrupt.
La línea has just been whooping there ass. And since CDS is used to having politicians in there pocket they are having a hard time. They are out of options. They are losing everything inside of Chihuahua fast. And it’s The mafia doing the damage not the gov. When was the last time that a CDS head guy get caught or killed in Chiwas ? Not even the guys they blamed for the teacher death. He’s still out and about. He’s most likely the person who ordered this bullshit story on Corral.

  11. These guys are actually wearing plate carriers. I’m sure the different colors on those plate carriers help to distinguish rank amongst them. One guy has an M203 rifle with the high explosive rounds across his chest there. Several grenades on some guys. And the morale patches of either a cat or wolf. It’s hard to tell. Leg rigs and what looks like a Kydex sheath for a sidearm on that guy at the left. That right there folks is American military funding and equipment provided by Uncle Sam. I’m sure it was meant to combat the cartels. But knowing the Mexicans they more than likely played the Americans for fools. And are now exploiting everything for their own benefit. - Sol Prendido

Not adding 14 years of CDS CDJ conflict since el Bravo gunned down Rodolfo carillo fuentes under the orders from el Chapo back in the summer of 2004

    ReplyDelete
  15. Regardless Sinaloa still has a lot of control they don’t report that there sending teens of la línea to la Sierra to fight cds yet they falling like flies.CDS been laying low since el chapo was arrested there letting mencho take the heat.La Linea been done trying to come back from extinction. Also there a lot of fellow people from chihuahua working for cds anyways here in culiacan the sky is blue and there no one fighting .When CDS has someone fighting la plaza then claim there losing but that won’t happen to much control .Only cartel with there city under control with no other cartel in it

    2. 8:19. Get it through you head that NOBODY will ever invade Sinaloa. Reason is NOT because Sinaloa is tough but rather it has NOTHING to offer as far as drug distribution is concerned except perhaps manpower.

    3. Zetas invaded Sinaloa years ago with no problems.

  16. Nobody trusts sinaloenses anymore, u can thank cds for this. Looks like the people opstairs dnt want nothing to do with cds anymore especially after seeing how theyre snitching on each other.

  17. I agree. This is a world epidemic like ISIS and needs to be reigned in. A international coalition should be formed and with or without Mexico’s consent an invasion is needed to eradicate, exterminate and wipe out all cartel shitheels, associates and friends. Then round up the corrupt politicos and police and whatnots and try them in a tribunal and carry out the sentence immediately after their verdicts as was done in Iraq. Mexico’s nightmare needs to end now.

  18. Si no me equivoco estos son Los Linces. If I’m not mistaken these are Los Linces. Eat your heart out doubters to their existence. There’s all the proof you need in those Velcro morale patches. They finally revealed themselves. And it looks like La Línea will keep controlling Chihuahua. - Sol Prendido

    2. Those are not Los Linces. The original ones answered only to one person and that person is now in jail. Even before then they had been disbanded. There is a "los linces" now which are a group who are the same in name only but as far as the original group they're not.

      Delete
    3. I’m gonna have to say that it is Los Linces. Look at those morale patches. Who in their right mind would want to mimic anything that resembles a lynx? Los Linces that’s who. And with CJNG making those spiffy videos Los Linces felt the need to counter them with their own videos. We should expect them all to follow in the same footsteps of CJNG. Slick video propaganda is the new norm now. - Sol Prendido

  19. Just another example of why Mexico became what it is today. Civil order and law is absolutely obsolete. Where citizens are slaughtered and extorted by the hands of those officials who turned their backs on its citizens. Allowing a cancer to rampage throughout the country of alliances because of greed.
This display of ineptitude is coming to an end. But like all changes it will not be overnight. Whether through a peace accord between cartels for civil order or simply by means of government apprehensions (death).

The country has bled too long.

  25. for @ 3:16 - i agree to a certain extent. The collateral damage and killings of innocents would be unprecedented and the cartel would take advantage of the “war” situation with mass atrocities and mass killings and blame them on the “occupying forces”. Personally i think a all out war should be brought to topple these cartels but intel and security reasons are not befitting for a battle against them. They would only multiply more rapidly on a daily basis as the demand for narcotics is immense and the cash flow is just to lucrative to ever stop. IMO
