I LOVE his work and He told me last week he loves mine. He told his followers my op-ed that was submitted in the court filing was worth reading.
DeleteThat said, I used a bit of his courtroom play by play and noted as much at the post top on one post when i was ill. But of course some will be similar. It doesn't change, what is said in court is said in court, I am not sure why you could even think that part would not be similar?
I can say i have court transcripts. and leave at that. I use only key piece of court testimony that my educated followers would be interested in and add a ton of court docs, photos, articles and info to fortify the testimony. otherwise it would be VERY boring. I don't like the play by play. it is awful and dull. no need to include agents testimony on seizures and mundane testimony.
an example of what makes us different is this post. none of this was released in the trial, but is evidence i have had for years. same with the phone transcripts.
I thought long about how to present something better and different for you BB followers. and I have received kudos from many journalists and attorneys, so I know I am on the right path.
