The Attorney General of Tamaulipas (PGJT) reported that five of the six suspects were arrested, material perpetrators of the execution of prosecutor Lucia Patricia Butrón Rivera, who was gunned down last Thursday at the door of her home in this capital city of Victoria. He also reported that Juan José N., Edgar Eduardo N., Cesar Eduardo N., who were identified by the authorities as members of the Northeast Cartel and José Martín N. of the Anti-kidnapping Group, were arrested.

The crime is related to a cell of the Northeast Cartel, since three of the detainees are originally from Nuevo Laredo, Barrios Mojica said.

    4. 2:04 Osielitos = los Zetas

ZVE is alive but no news, Their members might move to Reynosa to assist Escoripones(Matamoros) CDG against Metros CDG.
ZVE was funded by Matamoros CDG since the start. I even heard on mexican blogs that Z12 used to travel from Cd VIctoria to Matamoros frequently

    1. You don't find it curious that El Contador was arrested in San Luis Potosi?

CDN is hitting the same targets in Miguel Aleman as El Contador and his Escorpiones are after. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

    2. To cause the authorities to focus on CDG instead of CDN. Think about it, CDN kills one of the Ministeriales who worked on “Contador” Cardenas’ case, then leave a message signed CDG that taunts the head of the Ministerial Police, the state AG, and the governor. That would bring an intense focus on the remnants of Cardenas’ operation and make it easier for CDN to take territories.
Also—side note—the head of the Ministerial Police in Tamps is a dirty-ass cop; he was transferred to Tamps from Mich because families complained that he was kidnapping people.

  4. Great news. Has there ever been a movement in Mexico to implement a death penalty?

The Aztecs didn't believe in prisons. They went hardcore on the death penalty.

  5. Really confused.. i thought it was originally reported on here that CDG was responsible for the kidnapping. Why would CDN be going after someone who put away a CDG capo?
