GUANAJUATO.- A pick-up
truck was seized in the vicinity of the road that leads to the Honda plant in
the municipality of Celaya, Guanajuato.
A citizen report
alerted the authorities, who mobilized to the area and located a unit in a state
of neglect.
When doing the review
they found inside a plastic box with explosive material, apparently gunpowder,
with the initials of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel.
In the place there were
also different cartridges of different calibers and a ballistic vest.
The van and the insured
material were made available to the corresponding authorities.
The van did not have a
report of theft.
The nearest addresses
are 900 meters away.
Just another plant by the military. 2nd time they do this fake bomb ruse.

Of the van did not have a report of theft, the owners were killed, before they can file a report.
