"El Titi" was not released, he remains in Altiplano after local judge's attempted to release his codefendants

A week after his arrest, Eliseo "N", alias "El Titi", alleged member of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, a federal judge ruled he has probable involvement in organized crime in Guanajuato.

The control judge decided to give of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic (FGR) a period of four months for the investigation against "El Titi" who is detained in the Federal Center for Social Readaptation (Cefereso) Number 1, in Almoloya, in the State of Mexico.

"Derived from operations carried out by the Attorney General of the State of Guanajuato, with Public Security and the Secretariat of the Navy, the detention of the colluding person was carried out," said the FGR.

"A connection to the process was requested for the probable commission of the crime of organized crime, with the aim of committing punishable acts in the matter of [fuel theft] hydrocarbons."

"El Titi", along with Alfonso "N", "El Indio", and Paola "N", was arrested on April 21 after an operation carried out by ministerial elements of Guanajuato.

Five days later, the State Prosecutor's Office counteracted after a local judge ordered the release of "El Indio", 42, and Paola "N", 23, for failing to find sufficient evidence to link them.

"The Attorney General is in disagreement with the resolution of the Judge", rebuked the institution in a statement.

"Due to its competence, a Federal Judge will continue the proceedings against 'El Indio' and Paola N, who were arrested along with 'El Titi' in recent days, and whose detention was carried out in legal terms. Charged with  two criminal acts of the federal order: possession of weapons for the exclusive use of the army and simple possession of  substances.

"For this reason, the investigation folder was sent to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office so that they may continue with the procedure that merits the case”

The sights of the state and federal authorities are on José Antonio Yépez, nicknamed" El Marro ", who is considered the leader of the protagonist group of hydrocarbon theft, assassinations and narcoblocks in that region of the country.

  1. Can it be that public outcries and criticisms was in part to this decision? Or the findings of reports given here were wrong?

  3. The reversal renews a glimmer of hope. Wonder how much indignation came from a passenger riding in a VW Jetta? The local judge still needs to be processed for misconduct. 100,000 fine, and disbarment including being a licensed abogado, and inability to ever run in an election.

    2. 3:33 the Mexican army, air force and navy use all US army surplus the resellers charge the US Taxpayers for as all brand new supplies to the Mexican government to fight their war ON drugs.
The brass is required training on the US counter insurgency schools that then turn into drug trafficking genocidal murdering torturers and kidnappers for ransom, none of that benefits the Mexican people, but it benefits their masters on the US.

  5. All of them were caught, with weapons, to kill people. And the judge (currupted), says no evidence, look at the photos, with all those weapons. No wonder the murder rates are high, because judges keep letting them out to kill again.

    2. 6:31 on the US it took a long ass time for Police to learn to knock with a warrant in their hand, now they surround the house until the arresting agents fill the signed warrant in their back pocket, the judges won't tolerate getting up from bed with their court pages for that shit...
