GTO: Judge Releases "El Titis", "El Indio" And Paola

El Armadillo For Borderland Beat From VXT
After this week was announced about the arrest of the Titi with his accomplices Paola 'N' and "El Indio" a judge determined that the detention was not carried out under the protocols of law and requested the release of the collaborators, who were released on the night of Thursday, April 25 in Guanajuato.

According to what was mentioned by the control judge who was present at the hearing held at the premises of the Judicial Power in San Miguel de Allende, the arrest on Saturday in the municipality of Comonfort, following an operation coordinated by the Attorney General's Office of the State, the Public Security Forces of the State and the Special Operations Group of the Secretariat of the Navy, was not legal.

The Attorney General of the State (FGE) of Guanajuato said through a tweet that the arrest of  Titi and his accomplices were carried out legally, they did not agree with his release but the judicial decision would be respected.

It was also reported that, despite being released, they were not exonerated from any charge,  they will still be investigated for the crimes of criminal association, possession of arms and simple possession of illegal substances. In addition, their actions will be investigated in the Santa Rosa De Lima Cartel, which has been involved in the illegal extraction of gas in several areas of Guanajuato.

    1. Not really corrupt judges. Mexico reformed their laws and made them more like the US by protecting accused until proven guilty. The problem is that the uneducated stupid dumbass police force do not know the new rules.

In Mex anybody not willing to 'play the game' (aka take the plata) will be given the plomo and end up 6ft under. This ensures that everybody on the playing field is 'a player'.

Just like in sports: some players get paid more than others and if you failed to pay for the right players you gotta buy yourself the judge.

The cops are cartel with a badge and knows the game and its rules all too well.

    3. It must be very frustrating for police officers and military soldiers to risk their asses capturing these guys and some corrupt judge lets them go (for an appropriate payout of course). I had an uncle who was a Marine during WWII and I asked him why very few Japanese surrendered even when defeat was inevitable. He simply said that after Guadalcanal the Marines wouldn't let them surrender. They simply killed them all. May be a lesson here for the Mexican Marines.

    4. 6:11 in Vietnam it was a policy of raping the women, they were going to die anyway, along with the village old men and children, there was no more room for displaced peasants in their own country, if there were no suspects in the villages be ause they ran away or were forcible or voluntarily conscripted by the VietCong or the Viet-minh it was their problem.
MyLai where more than 500 got their passports to heaven is said to have been just one example because the same was going on all over the place, "it was all despicable enemy women, children and old men", so what. But it is still a shameful sin very few American soldiers talk about. Many participants can't sleep after they retire, persecuted by their guilty conscience.
--lt, Calley apologized for his part in My Lai Massacre, but he may just be trying to sneak into Heaven with his victims.

Amlo should be arrested...so much insecurity has happened since he took office. Nobody has any hope with him at the helm.

All that "ingrained socialist stuff" was pushed by US intellectual chicken hawks looking for an excuse to intervene in LatinAmerican affairs with the idea of preventing future guerrillas led by communist cadres, they even financed that shit in Chile and Argentina, check your history books, massera was the boss of the montoneros and pinochet of the DemocrataCristianos, like Alvaro Uribe was the leader of farc, eln, Pepes, AUC, and the 12 apostoles... Funny how Domingo Monterrosa, Otto Perez molina, Rios montt, pinochet, videla, and thousands of others got trained by the School of the Americas to murder their own people after planting the seeds OK f communism among them.
Then On the Seventh Day, they all turned to drug trafficking, even to the US... Include fighting a War ON Drugs for pocket change.

Resentment against Mexicanos will grow and from thereon the outlook is too bleak to tolerate. I am one person. If I stick my head up to complain My body will be in a fosa. --The US has spent about 36 billion dollars in their "war ON drugs" over the last 12 years after one CIA plane crashed in Yucatan peninsula and Mexico caught another one, close to 10 tons cocaine were hauled to be disposed off. this happened under BUSH II, immediately after the Merida initiative was agreed to with Hillary as secretary of state and Obama president.
Murdering all over Mexico started immediately again warnings from many people of the genocide and mass murdering that would follow.
It did not matter when the goal was to fleece the US government of 3 billion dollars a year... The consequences are just collateral damages, as usual.

And to your point 3:23...sorry to inform you that the US a way less corrupt system of government than Mexico...so the destruction of society won’t happen like you think. 1. Every dollar of profit earned by the narcos sustains the purchase of military weapons and the payment of sueldos to enforcers who collect piso from utterly innocent Mexicanos. So when gringos hand over a wad of cash for mota, heroin, or designer synthetic, it is a grant, a subsidy that travels from their hometown right into the hands of baby killers and scum that kidnap young women, bribe the judiciary and law enforcement. German civilians tried to use your excuse at the end of World War II. "I didn't know" "What could I do?" "To us it was only rumors" (the stench of the crematories). Imagine those stacks of dollars going to ISIS, and assisting the brutal repression of Sharia Law.

To put it bluntly the people who fund Mexican narcos are OVERT RACISTS. They damned well know their money is buying terror for the people of Mexico.

They just curl back their upper lip after hearing accounts of atrocities, and spit forth "What the hell, it's only Mexicans".

The worst kind of racism on the face of the earth. Run over people in a crosswalk then drive away unperturbed. Drown or toss an unwanted baby out the window then try to rationalize an explanation. It's disgusting.
