Guerrero: Tomas Ibarra, second in command of Acapulco plaza, arrested

Acapulco-The State Attorney General's Office through field work and intelligence managed the arrest of William "N" and Tomas "N", the latter appointed as second in command of José Ángel Galeana Palacios alias "El Capuchino", Chief of the Acapulco Plaza.

According to the investigation, both detainees were engaged in the collection of extortion to established businesses, public service units and markets, coordinated the blockades on Costera Miguel Aleman Avenue and the Regional Social Readaptation Center of Acapulco, their participation is also being investigated for other crimes such as kidnapping and homicides.

With the arrest of these two people, the State Prosecutor General's Office reiterates its commitment to bring those responsible for committing crimes to justice, while respecting their human rights at all times

      Really? Are these just feel good words, or is this happening for reals in Mexico?
      I bet these guys are turned into canarios before the get their
      so-called "Mexican Justice."

  4. The entire region is rife with cartelistas. The region near Nueva Italia, cuatro caminos crosses south across Mex 14-D, and the south side all the way up to the summit passing by lago zirhuen. Even the tourist road to Sta Clara del Cobre / Villa Escalera becomes unsafe when the ejercito stops patrolling.

  7. 1:47 it is not official, and it has not been working as it should, but there is Death Penalty in Mexico, because it is in the wrong hands and they would not have it any other way...
